The next morning
Andrew wakes up to an empty bed and starts to panic.
Brooke opens the door and walks in crying.
"She left dada..." Brooke hands him a note .
My dearest Brooke,
I'm so sorry that I've left ,I don't have a choice. I love you so much and I'm sorry that I won't see you grow up , I've left you a present in the kitchen and I want you to protect it with your life, look after your father for me and I'm sorry that you won't get to see your brother. I love you so much

Andrew starts crying and hugs Brooke.
"She left you a letter to ,it's in the kitchen"
"Brooke ,I am going to get her back okay ,go get dressed and I'll drop you at aunt carinas"
Andrew went to the kitchen and read the note .
Andrew ,baby I'm so sorry that I left without saying anything . I didn't have a choice , I am safe so don't come looking for me or things might get dangerous . I'm with Derek. He texted me wanting me back so I went over to see what he wanted ,he's changed baby , when my mother was over she mentioned Ellie , when I was 24 I got pregnant with Derek and he was really supportive, we raised her until she was 2 .then he left and I couldn't raise her alone so I gave her up for adoption . I regret it everyday ,then Derek texted me saying he got custody of her, I didn't know what to think ,he left and now we got her back. So I went to see her . Oh Andrew she's beautiful and I'm so sorry that I left with only a couple weeks left of my pregnancy and I didn't plan on leaving but he made me ,he's watching me write this goodbye letter so I had to put what I said at the beginning but please come find me I miss you and I'm sorry but everything about Ellie is true .

Andrew put the note down and rang the police and gave them the location.
At the address/ Meredith's pov
"Meredith ,baby calm down ,your home now."
"Derek please go away" she said in a soft tone,he climbed into bed with her and put her head on his shoulder and kissed her head.
"Why are you being so nice after everything I've done to you"
"Because I love you baby and I never should of yelled at you for cheating"
She lifted her head up and looked at him ,there faces were inches away from each other ,he moved in closer and kissed her softly.
"Stop."Meredith moved her head away and started crying.
" what's wrong mer"
" I can't be with you. I love Andrew."
Derek put his hand on her cheek.
"Please , give me a chance."
"I can't. I'm sorry."
This part of the story takes place 13 years ago.
"Shh babe be quiet , someone will hear you" Derek continues to kiss down Meredith's neck.
"Derek stop , someone might walk in ,you know how people are in this hospital" she lets out a big moan .
"Want me to stop now baby" he whispered in her ear.
"No..I love you so much"
"I love you t-"
There was a sudden blast of light coming from the door.
"I-I'm sorry I-I'll go!" Alex karev walked in on them having sex. Meredith was really embarrassed cuz she had a little crush on him.
With that he left really quickly
"I told you someone would walk in!" Meredith punched his arm lightly and laughed .
"Why don't we go home and finish this ,then I'll give you a nice massage"
" I'm on call tonight babe,why don't you go to the basketball game with mark"
"Are you sure ? You never let me go there , you say and I quote ' a waste of money' "
"I don't care anymore I want you to happy and I can't stop you from going and having fun"
"But you'll be all alone baby"
"I won't be alone ,izzie and Cristina are on call Aswell"
"Okay fine ,I'll miss you so much babe"
They get dressed and carry on with there evening.
3 hrs later
Derek went to the game with mark and it ended early so he went down to the hospital to surprise Meredith.
"Hey have you seen dr grey?"
"Umm no ,she left 2 hrs ago"
"Oh okay thank you rose"
Derek got a little suspicious cuz she would've texted him if she left early.
He didn't really think anything of it until he arrived home and heard moans. Meredith.
He quietly ran up to there room and opened the door ,not prepared for what he was about to see.
"Meredith!"
"Derek...I-I can explain"
Derek didn't wanna hear anything , his girlfriend was naked having sex with Alex karev.
"Am I not good enough for you !? How long has this been going on for mer!"
"I umm ."
"SPIT IT OUT"
"2 months.."
"I can't believe you ,we're done ,I'm leaving"
Without another word Derek left . Permanently .
When Meredith heard the door slam she felt her eyes well up.
"I'm sorry Meredith" Alex tried to comfort her .
"I-it's okay , I'll be fine ,I have you.right?"
"Always and forever" they spent the rest of there night making out.
Present day //Meredith and Derek pov
"I don't know what to do Derek , I love Andrew with my life and I'm carrying his child ,but on the other hand we have so much history."
"I don't want to make that choice for you but I want you to know that I love you. And whatever you pick I'll still love you . If you choose Andrew thats okay , you can still see Ellie as much as you want ,your her mother and nothing will change that . But If you choose me ,well you know what , I'll love and care for you until I die in you arms when I'm 110 year old."
" you know ,you can be really sweet when you wanna be , and I love that about you."
"I missed you Derek ,but I have to go"
"I understand baby,I'll still be waiting for you , and I'll take good care of Ellie"
"Goodbye Derek"
"Goodbye baby"
"You have to stop calling me baby." She laughs.
Meredith's phone pings
Andrew❤️: I'm on my way , do you want me to get the cops involved ? I've let them know and they will do something if needed . I love you babe . Please be safe x
