A Merluca story based on Andrew who is 30 and Meredith who is 39
Deluca has a 4 year old daughter who he protects with his life .
They both work at grey Sloan but someone from his past shows up and ruins there night.

"Andrew what should we do , do we leave her or what." Meredith didn't know what to do with the resident so she put her on the bottom bunk and left.
"I heard there was a prom tonight .do you wanna be my date ?" Andrew asked Meredith while holding her waist.
"How did you know about that?"she smiled.
"Arizona texted me,so do you wanna go with me or what." Andrew laughed.
"I'd love to babe." Meredith kissed him softly , they were to busy kissing they didn't notice that dr Bailey was staring at them.
"I don't pay you to make out all day , get back to work." with that she left .

"Yeah"
Back home Meredith and Andrew were getting ready for the prom.
"Babe are you ready!" Andrew shouted from downstairs ,Andrew was wearing a blue tux with Merediths favourite tie.

A couple of minutes later she comes downstairs in a low cut red dress that just went above her knee cap.
"Andrew your staring" she said laughing.
"I know , and I can't help it " Andrew put his hand on her hips and another in her hair .
"I love you baby"

Before they could kiss brooke tugs on Merediths dress. "oh hey sweetie,you look very pretty "
"Thank you mommy ,you look pretty to"
"she does doesn't she " Andrew replied. Meredith lightly hit his arm "okay let's go."
Andrew put Brooke in her car seat and started the car.
"You excited to see where me and daddy work?." Meredith turned back to look at Brooke.
"YES! I can show everyone bunny." She held up her stuffed lilac bunny.
"You can." Meredith said chucking.
At the hospital prom
They get out the car and walk in ,Meredith is holding brookes hand while Andrew is holding Merediths waist.
*pager buzz*
"you have got to be kidding me "Andrew looked at his pager.
"I'm sorry honey I'll be back soon ,Brooke stay with mommy okay." He knelt down and kissed her cheek then kissed Meredith.
"Okay dada" Andrew rushed into the hospital leaving Meredith and broke sat on a bench outside.
"Mommy my feet hurt."
Meredith picked her up and sat her on her lap.

After about 10 minutes of talking outside they made there way inside. When they got to the lobby a few people stared ,Arizona and Callie came over.
"I didn't know you had a daughter"Arizona said first .
"Well-" before she could say anything Bailey came running over.
"GREY ,something happened to deluca!." Everyone was now looking over at them.
"What happened to my dada!" That comment made everyone gasp.
"Grey is she your child ?"
"This is Andrews daughter and while I'm at it I might as well tell you I'm pregnant ,but enough of this what happened to Andrew."
Meredith was panicking by now .
"Okay come with me."
"Brooke sweetie stay with Callie and Arizona till I get back okay."

Meredith rushed off with Bailey.
"He got attacked by a patient ,broke his arm and he has a brain bleed , we don't know if he's going to make it ,I'm sorry ,he's in or 2 right now with Amelia"
