𝑵𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑹 𝑭𝑶𝑹𝑮𝑰𝑽𝑬;; vampire knight ☒

7; 𝘚𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘓𝘢𝘣𝘳𝘺𝘯𝘵𝘩

Whilst Zero and Yuki were having their time in the training room, Fuyumi was training in her dorm which had a set of training supplies.

Her dorm is near enough to the training hall where Zero and Yuki were so she's be able to get there just fine if she wanted to check on them.

Again for god knows how many times, Fuyumi's eyes flashed red and a headache came along, she wasn't bothered anymore though.

But her sudden red vision had distracted her from her training and she fell over onto her back whilst doing push-ups in the position of a handstand.

She sighed and put her arm above her eyes to try and make the red go away, which she had surprisingly succeeded.

She took her arms away from her eyes and looked at her hand to see it trembling...but what for?

When Yuki was recalling her memories about when she was taken in by the Headmaster, she realised how much Kaname's and Fuyumi's existence meant to her.

They came over often for holidays or any free time they had to come and visit her and raise her with the Headmaster helping Yuki with shelter and food.

Kaname and Fuyumi had quite a close 'friendship', Yuki figured out, but when she came to Cross Academy, things were so much different between them.

It seemed that Fuyumi didn't care about Kaname's existence at all. That made Yuki a bit sad, she wanted the two back to the way it was back at the Headmaster's house.

The two grew distant as years went on during Cross Academy, but Fuyumi was still always there to protect Yuki and Zero.

Yuki had noticed that Kaname had always tried to get closer with Fuyumi again but he always seemed to fail due to the walls she had suddenly built.

Fuyumi literally seemed as if her memories were erased of Kaname, she never knew about their happy moments and acted as if he was a stranger.

Ever since the three, (Zero, Yuki and Fuyumi), had arrived at Cross Academy, Fuyumi was always so strict in a way but also caring to Yuki and Zero.

Yuki could only wonder what had happened between Fuyumi and Kaname before they arrived at Cross Academy.

Fuyumi was tired, tired of all the noise, the red flashing in her eyes, the headaches, the continuous training, the voice in head telling her that she needs to try harder.

She was sick of it all. Why did she even have to live in the era.

No matter how hard she tried to follow the Headmaster's pacifist ideology, someone just has to go and sully it!

Fuyumi shook her head, denying the anger in her head and slammed her head onto the table.

It was that day, when something had changed greatly between me and Kaname. Fuyumi thought as she sighed and slowly remembered the day.

-FLASHBACK-

Yuki, Zero and Fuyumi were on their way to their dorms until Yuki came across the teacher's dorms.

"Isn't that the teacher's dorms?" Yuki asked Zero and Fuyumi gazing at the building with interest.

"Yes, but it has spare dorms for the Night Class until the entrance exams are settled. Don't disturb them." Fuyumi warned Yuki as her and Zero continued their journey to their dorms.

A few minutes later, not so far away from the spare Night Class's dorms, Fuyumi noticed that Yuki wasn't anywhere near them.

"I'm gonna go and find Yuki. Zero, keep going to the dorms." Fuyumi ordered Zero, he reluctantly agreed and carried on his journey.

Fuyumi ran and ran until she had reached her destination to the Night Class's spare dorms. She barged in and saw that Kaname was about to bite Yuki in the neck!

Fuyumi's eyes widened and she pushed Kaname away from Yuki with a strong force behind it.

"How dare you! Kaname, I thought I could trust you!" Fuyumi shouted but whispered at the time so that she doesn't wake up Yuki.

"F-Fuyumi! I'm so sorry! I didn't know what came over me." Kaname tried to reach his hand to Fuyumi's face but she slapped it away.

She picked up Yuki and glared down at Kaname's crouching figure with rage,

"Don't act like you're so nice, you've showed your true colours, Kaname Kuran." Fuyumi spat out his name like it was acid and walked out of the dorms with a scrunched face of anger.

-FLASHBACK OVER-

That was surely when my attitude had changed towards him, I cannot forgive him for nearly turning Yuki into a Vampire. Fuyumi's eyes narrowed and she took some sleeping pills and waited for them to take action.

Truth be told, that was the first time I was scared of Vampires hurting my friends. Fuyumi chuckled before her eyes became droopy and soon made her fall asleep.

A few hours later, she woke up and so she looked out the window to see it was still night.

She liked the night sky and how the stars aligned into making different shapes, so she stood up and stared outside to the darkness through the pale glass.

She heard voice from outside the windows, she looked down to see Kaname and Zero speaking about something.

She quietly opened her window and listened in on the conversation, hoping they would not see her.

"I have never told you, why it is that I've pretended to never know what is happening to you. But I have given a great deal of thought, just who in this little garden will benefit Yuki and Fuyumi."

"I know that you will never betray them, because you realise you owe them that much and that is why I am allowing you to live, Zero." Fuyumi gasped and she shut the window, close the curtains and dropped her body down to the floor with her hands above her mouth with shock.

She gulped and removed her hand from her mouth and inhaled then exhaled until she was calm again.

So, Kaname was actually planning to kill Zero but he thought that he would benefit me and Yuki. How does he owe me so much. I haven't done anything for him to owe me. Fuyumi thoughts came to a stop when her red vision came over here again and she clutched head with another headache but it was much more painful.

She rushed to the bathroom and put some cold water on her forehead to calm down the burning pain she felt.

She closed her eyes and prayed that everything will be alright by the end of the day.
