[Chapter #4]

YOU WERE PUTTING ON YOUR DRESS, when you heard someone knocking at your door. "Give me a minute!" You yelled, the knocking stopped. 

- - Y/n's Pov - -

I put on my sandals and grabbed my bag, then went outside to see Andrew waving at me "Hola, Y/n!" He greeted. Of course I greeted back. He then gently grabbed my wrist and walked me outside.

We strolled around the town. My eyes were focused on the vibrant banners and decor. I didn't notice that we were already at the Casita. I saw curly haired brunette welcoming the guests "Hola, Señora!" He smiled. 

Once it was finally our turn Camilo pulled me into his embrace, My cheeks flushed a soft pink color. Although, I quickly rubbed it off. I didn't realize that he already pulled away. I turned my head slightly to see Camilo giving Andre a high-five. 

We were swept inside the Casita. The both of us were amazed when we saw the inside, It looked so lively. "Y/n, do you want a drink?" Andre questioned "Sure! I'll come with you." I responded. "No need, it wont take long." Andre said "Just, stay here, Ok?" He then continued. I nodded as a response, Andre then walked away. Leaving me on my own.

'It has been ten minutes, What's taking him so long?' I thought, I decided to go and find him since the ceremony was going to start soon. 

While walking I suddenly bumped into someone, My face landed onto their chest. "I'm so sorry!" I apologized, I saw some crumbs on their shirt. With that, I attempted to brushed off the crumbs, while still apologizing. 

I then looked closer at their shirt, It was a familiar shade of red. My emotions then took a 180° turn. I furrowed my eyebrows while looking at him. 'Carlos..' I was going to walk away, until he spoke "Are you not going to finish cleaning up your mess?" He said while grabbing an arepa from the plate he was holding and biting into it. I rolled my eyes and continued walking away and find Andre.

A few minutes later, I still couldn't find him. The ceremony was going to start anytime now, So I decided to find him Antonio's room. That is if he'll have one... Ever since Mirabel's gift ceremony people have been worrying about the miracle a lot. Speaking of Mirabel, We saw her next to Antonio. 

The people looked in shock and worry as they both walked up to the door. Once they have both reached the door Señora Alma went on with her speech "Will you use your Gift to honor our miracle? Will you serve this community and strengthen our home?" Señora Alma questioned Antonio, he nodded. 

With that, Antonio held the door knob. Nothing happened at first. but then, A toucan landed onto his arm. "Uh, huh. I understand you!" He exclaimed "Of course you can!" He then continued. The door then started to glow. On the door there was a bright silhouette of the young boy with animals.

Everyone exclaimed as they saw the bright door, animals then started flooding the casita entering Antonio's room.

Not so long after, everyone had went inside Antonio's room. I went inside too, hoping to find Andre or my other friends. While walking around I saw the Madrigals taking a picture "La familia Madrigal!" They all cheer, I realized that Mirabel wasn't there, 'Poor girl..' I thought while giving a slight frown. 

I then looked away when I saw the flashing light from the camera and continued searching. "Gosh, where could he be?" I mumbled.

I looked allover the place, but to no avail, I couldn't find them. That was until I spotted Maria and Marco at the side of Antonio's tree house!

While running to my friends waving to try and get their attention, I suddenly bumped into someone, again... 

I was very pissed off. But, I tried my best to hide it. Although, my eye did twitch...

He went closer down to my ear and whispered "You look ugly when your eye twitches, princesa" My face rapidly turned red while he just smirked. He then crouched down and locked his eyes on mine. "Your red face won't make it any better." With that he went back up on his feet and left.

'Gosh! What is wrong with this guy!?' I thought, my face was still red, while my hands were balled up into a fist.  I just wanted to punch his smug smirk away from his ugly face.

I walked up to my friends, my face no longer tinted in red. "Hola, Maria and Marco!" I waved, they waved back "Hey, y/n! What happened a while ago with you and Carlos?" Maria asked, slightly tilting her head. "Oh, um. It was nothing." I said with a slight smile "You sure? Why was your face red then, huh?~" Marco said teasingly.

"Ugh! It was nothing!" I said while glaring at Marco. "What ever you say." He said with a shrug "Anyways, did you guys try the food yet? I heard it tastes delicious!" I changed the subject
