Bailee's pov

"Goodmorning everybody and welcome to our meeting." says my boss, Carla on my new work.

Oh you don't know yet who i'm. It's beter I introduce myself.

I'm Bailee Schulz and no, i'm not the sister of the dj Robin Schulz or the famous tiktok star Bene Schulz, but just Bailee.

I'm just 21 years young, but I work already for 1 and a half year. Well suprise, but I worked first at the really famous style magazine VOGUE, but yeah let say it didn't worked out like I wanted.

I know i'm very young to work already and for sure in the magazine business, but my teachers saw fast I had a lot in me and this new workplace too so i'm glad i started here around 5 months ago with a simple job, but now i'm already a fulltime photographer at this business.

I work with an amazing time and on a beautiful location, so I feel very good here.

Anyway, back to the present:

To my first meeting ever with this team at my new jobplace.

"Okay guys, this is the first meeting for Bailee, so welcome Bailee." She says with a big smile.

"Thank you very much miss Jonson and thank you very much to promote me to photographer at this amazing place." I say back with a very big smile.

"No problem at all, is there something you want to say to everybody here at this meeting place?"

"I just can't wait to meet you all and work here at this amazing place. I'm Bailee btw and I started here with a normally job and now i get a promation as a photographer."

"Are you not Bailee Shulz from VOGUE?" somebody asks to me and everybody get akward silent in the full place.

Well, there goes a very good impression.

"Yeah, you are right. I'm Bailee and yeah I worked at VOGUE and yeah believe me, you don't want to work there with all the pressure."

"Wow, you worked there?" somebody else asks and everybody get excited around me and ask a lot of questions with their excited voices.

"Okay okay let her go guys, this a meeting, not the time to make fun." says my boss strict and everybody to the room goes back to their places.

"Thank you miss." I say soft back.

"No problem Bailee." she answers back with a smile.

When everybody is silence again, my boss stand again up and starts the powerpoint where I worked last week on right before I got my promotion.

"Well first of all, Bailee thanks again to make this powerpoint even more beautiful then before cause it was your last one." she says again with a big smile, so I just friendly nod back.

After a lot of numbers and graphics, she comes to the part how many procent more or less readers for the magazine.

"So as you all see our magazine is staying at the same line, but we got less people are buying a subscription for our magazine, so we need to find a very good model and maybe also a famous one and let him also do a giveaway for a fan so we get our people up there."

"So miss, you want a famous and somebody kind that make time for fans as our model?, where the hell will be find him or her? A lot of famous models doesn't even want to join giveaways for fans." says my best friend Mira.

"Well that's my I all ask you on Friday and not on Monday this week." answers my boss back and everybody leaves a "oh" on their lips.

"Everybody has time until Monday to make a list with 3 models for our next meeting and I will use the best idea and also this person choose the person that can later take pictures of this model."

"Oh I deff know who I will choose if I have the best idea." says my best friend back when she winks at me, so I need to blush a little bit and look to the ground.

"Okay, that's it for today, miss Bailee and Oliver, can I talk to you both for a little second?"

Everybody nods and go back to the desks or the other places their work at, except me and Oliver.

"Oliver, I would love it that you maybe can help Bailee at her first day here, is that okay for you?"

"No problem miss, I can't wait to show her around, to which desk studio she needs to be?" is Oliver his answer and I need to say, he looks already very kind and sweet.

"I think she can use the best studio 38, we still work on 13."

"Okay boss, I will see you tonight at 5?"

"Yeah I see you then Oliver and enjoy your first day in your new job Bailee."

"I will for sure, thank you so much again miss." I answer back with a little smile when Oliver and I go out the meetingroom.

"So, welcome. I never saw you here before." are Oliver's first words to me when we walking to the elevator.

"Hey and thanks Oliver. I only worked before on all the powerpoints for our boss, but I was shy to join the meetings until now." I answer friendly back.

"Oh, well I'm happy you are joining now."

"Thanks Oliver, that means a lot for me. I'm glad I going to stay here after I went to VOGUE. I had so much pressure over there and after a time I really couldn't handle it anymore."

"It's maybe mean to say but I'm glad you changed then. It's important you find a job that is good for you." is his answer back when we both go into the elevator.

"Yeah you are so right, but now I can stress more about finding good models for Monday." I laugh out.

"Hmmmm, wait. Look where we are now." says Oliver and he suprised me what he is saying back.

"Just an elevator." I say back again with a laugh.

"Does Germany not have like boys on that social media about stories in an elevator?" he asks me after it right into my face.

"Oh you mean povs on Tiktok I guess?" is my question back and I already see he half understand what I want to say.

"You young guys are beter in this then I do I guess, but I think I would put them down on my list, you already see that just an elevator can gives you ideas for models." is what he says back and he needs to laugh too what I totally understand.

"Yeah I guess the most weird places can give you enough ideas sometimes."

"Well you helped me a lot too so thanks for it. I will add you down for the photoshoot with one of the boys if the boss agrees with it."

"Awww thanks Oliver, but you don't need to do this, it's totally fine if I start with something else as a photographer."

"No no, I stay with a point."

"Oh oh hahaha, well I hope i'm good enough until then." I joke back.

"Don't worry, the boss only takes the best photographers in the world, so you deff the deserve it."
