3rd oldest of Enji Todoroki. Born after her older sister Fuyumi, but before her little brother Natsuo. Owner of a black panther she named Bagheera. Seiya has been with her current boyfriend, Hawks/Keigo Takami since her 2nd year in middle shcool wich was how they met. Enjoys it wene Keigo calls her Fire Birdy, but only wene it's the just the two/three {when Bagheera is with them}.
Seiya is the current reigning "Queen" of the Iron Fist Tournament, as well as being a well known fan favorite.
Infact some class mates of her youngest brother are her biggest supporters
