Chapter 27

No One's P.O.V

Announcer- Now in first place....... THE YORKIES!
So that means in second place is THE NEW DIRECTIONS!

The Yorkies got the first place trophy and danced happily around the whole stage. Even though the New Directions didn't win first place they still were so happy they at least made it this far to second place. They knew they had the best team so far. They grabbed their second place trophy and jumped with cheer. They all exit the stage and walk back to their dressing rooms. Mr.Shue comes in hand in hand with Emma and they both have huge smiles on their faces.

Mr.Shue- You guys I'm so proud of you! All of you were amazing up there! I know we didn't win first place, but you were the second best team. But to us, you guys are number 1. Why don't we go back home and then go celebrate at Breadstix!

Everybody- Yeah!

They get in the bus and 14 hours later they were back in Lima, Ohio. They went straight to Breadstix and realized it was 1:00A.M. They all just decided to go home and celebrate tomorrow at school.

-Next Day / May 23, 2014-

No One's P.O.V
The New Directions woke up and all dressed for school. It was a Friday so that was great for everyone. They went to all their classes and it was finally time to go to Glee Club. Not only were they going to celebrate, but someone had some news.

Mr.Shue's P.O.V
I'm really proud of all of them. They worked hard and got far. Now we have to work harder for next year. Meanwhile, I have some great news.

Me- Alright everyone, can you settle down for a minute, I have some news.

Santana- What happened now Mr.Shue? You're going to give a wimpy speech that we're the best but need to work harder? Or did you finally decide to stop wearing sweater vests?

I really didn't know how to react to that so I just rolled my eyes.

Me- "Actually Sanatana, no. I was going to say how Emma and I confirmed it already and we're going to have a fall wedding. It's on September. We don't know the exact day yet but we do know that we want the New Directions to be our band!" I smiled.

Rachel- Oh my god! Are you serious?!

Me- "Yes Rachel, we're serious." I couldn't help but smile. "You guys are our family and we want you to be a part of our special day. That's if you would want to?"

Everyone- HELL YEAH!

Me- Awesome! This means a lot to Emma and I.

Finn- Anything for you Mr.Shue

Finn patted me in the back and then hugged me. Suddenly everyone came into a group hug.

Me- Alright, well let's keep celebrating!

They celebrated until they had to go home.
