Case File No. 204
Date: 12 / 10 / 20XX
Location: Main Street Park
Crimes committed: First-degree murder and kidnapping
Staff assigned: Devlin Fujihara, Tammy Lovelock, Railey Key, and Angel Alvarez
Victim: Miles Dykehouse, 35, MaleNotes: The body seems to be left over night as residents and witnesses first saw the body in the morning. Security footage from the park about the night before has been corrupted and unable to use. The body was found in the fountain of the location in the early morning. The head seems to be split opened along with markings of possible stabbing and/or bullet wounds.
Devlin was the first to have arrived at the crime scene as he stepped out of his car and shut the door behind him. He walked over to the middle of Main Street Park, avoiding the caution tapes as he got there. His narrow eyes looked around the scene. His black hair was the same along with his tired, narrow black eyes. He looked to the side and caught sight of his partner, so he walked over to him.
"Hello, Chief," Devlin greeted. "How is everything?"
"We're just waiting on the three detectives that I've assigned to this mission," Chief said as he flipped through the pages of his clipboard. He sides eyed Devlin, who was next to him. "Are you going to cause any trouble today, Fujihara?"
Devlin only smiled. "Not unless they find out."
The Chief sighed as he kept his voice low for only him and Devlin to hear what he had to say. "I had to cover for you last time. I really dislike how messy and carefree you are with your hits."
"But you can't complain since you get 40% of the profit my actions give. I'm hurt, Chief and here I thought we were good friends."
"You're too much, Fujihara," Chief sighed out once again as he looked towards the cars that were about to park. "But do keep your fun to a minimum. I really don't want to keep putting you in murder cases that you've done only for you to 'solve' them."
Devlin only smiled. "But that is my fun, sir. I like to think of it as a hobby. The only time I disliked it was during Case 103... That was the only time I've hated doing what I was doing."
