So weird ... I have to fight windmills. I have to prove to people who read the news but don't analyze it that "simple conclusions" never happen. War is dirt, grief and crime. It is much easier to defend yourself than to move forward and understand that there is a need to kill people. There are never winners in war. There are always 2 sides that lose. One suffered more, one less.
The last 2-3 days I often observe the following phenomenon: educated people receive a lot of different information, but do not think about it at all. Then someone alone expresses his vision of the situation, and everyone immediately accepts it as the truth, immediately hears "I thought so" ... But people do not think !! How important it is to think even in such terrible times.
It's raining now, and I hope my city isn't bombed tonight. Let the air wash away the rain a little. Grandma is already asleep, and I hope that the siren will not sound for at least a few hours.
Many of my acquaintances now feel safe, and I am very happy about that! God, I'm really grateful for that!
Politics, economics, history are three disciplines that, in my opinion, should be well studied at school. Unfortunately, no one is interested / does not need / "it's just children." Not children anymore ... Not children at all, when a 12-year-old boy can determine from a sound what weapon the occupiers are firing from. As of February 24, all children have become adults. With love
