Yesterday was an unusual day. It was Saturday. My relatives and I were at home. My grandma baked pies by Easter. We felt uncomfortable because many of our compatriots this year cannot prepare for the Easter.
Last night I texted for a long time with my friends who are now in Poland. My friend was worried that she would not be able to spend the holiday with her family. Today she was a participant in an event to support Ukrainians affected by the war. I am proud that my friend finds the strength to participate in such important events.
We would always used to go church at the Easter. But everything changed at this year. It is not safe now.
Today was an Easter. The whole world celebrated the Resurrection of Christ. I wish you all happiness and peace of mind. God keeps us. On this wonderful holiday, I especially want people to suffer as little as possible from the war and the actions of the aggressor. Unfortunately, today the news reported that Bucha is repeating itself in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. It remains only to believe and hope that the army of Uraina will be able to liberate these territories as soon as possible.
