Little: Kai (Age: Baby to 5)

Caregivers: TXT (mostly Soobin)

3rd Person POV

Every night it got worse.

The nightmares.

Hueningkai didn't understand why he kept seeing these things, these horrible images that he couldn't get rid of.

But of all the nightmares he has ever had, tonight was the worst it had ever gotten.

⚠️ Dream Starts Here ⚠️

"Kai! Help!"

"Hyuka help us!"

"Help me! Please!"

"Help! Please Kai! Help!"

He couldn't move from his spot.

His friends, his hyungs, were being dragged away one by one. A mysterious man was torturing them and he couldn't help. It was almost as if his legs were chained down. He stood there and listened as they screamed his name, pain evident in their voices. He tried to cry out for help but his voice was gone. He was reaching out for his members, but they were too far away.

"Help! Help! Don't let him take me!", Yeonjun screamed as he was dragged from the room.

Kai was trying his best to move, but he couldn't.

He watched through the clear glass wall separating the rooms as his hyungs were repeatedly hit with objects.

"Stop! You're hurting me!", Taehyun screamed.

"Kai help! Don't stand there! Help!", Soobin yelled as the man swung at him.

Kai screamed as the hit landed on the side of his hyungs head, knocking him out.

"Leave them alone! Leave them alone! Please!"

️️ Ends Here ⚠️

Soobin heard the screaming and jumped from his bed, running down the hall.

He made it to Kai's room and opened the door.

"Kai?! Baby! Wake up!"

He ran over to the bed, slightly shaking the boy who was screaming in his sleep.

"Baby wake up, please. Hyung is here, you're gonna be okay."

After a few more shakes, Kai shot up in his bed, looking around frantically.

"Hyungs?! I'm sorry!"

Soobin wrapped his arms around the boy, who was still crying.

"It's okay Hyuka, it's okay, I'm here."

Soobin looked down and was met with a pair of glossy eyes, blinking slowly.

"Aww, my sweet angel. Hyungs are right here. We aren't going anywhere."

"B-but I no help. Mean man h-hurt you."

He held the boy closer, wrapping the blanket around him.

"Nobody hurt me Baby. I'm okay. We're all okay. No one can hurt us."

Kai grabbed his stuffie and held it close.

"BinBin stay wit baby?"

"If you need me to angel."

"Tank you BinBin."

Soobin carefully climbed into the bed next to Kai. The boy laid over him, clutching his stuffie closely. The blankets covered them both and Soobin sang a lullaby to his baby, watching as he slowly fell asleep.

"Good night my sweetheart. No more nightmares."
