Okay so I always knew something like this would happen. The wind blowing through the high ponytail on top of my head. The necklace wrapped loosely around my neck swinging around. While I ran along the rooftops hoping to god I don't lose the person in front of me.
Basically, I had a job to complete last minute thing. A lady wanted her son dead for killing her youngest child and her mother. I don't exactly know why the boy did it especially at age of 18. She was so broken that she took matters into her owns hands by hiring me and Illumi.
My dear fiancé couldn't take the job with me because he's on another job. Now the reason I'm running on rooftops in a dress and high heeled boots is because she didn't tell me he was a 'ninja' which is no problem for me.
The problem is they're really stealthy and like to run away rather than fight sometimes. He doesn't know about nen thankfully, I can kill him in multiple way sadly she wants him killed and brung to her home.
She's okay with him bleeding out she just doesn't want the wound to be too noticeable because she has her own way of planning his death so she's not traced back to his death since it'd make sense after he's suspected of killing her child and mother.
Now in truth I could use finger bullets but there's a chance he'll dodge it, I can't use snake charmer, I can't use I heard a rumor since he's a bit too far away, blood linkage is out of the question unless I can somehow get some of his blood not a lot even a drop is enough, fallen Angel will slow me down, obviously kiss of death is out of the discussion, so what the hell can I use that'll sto- I'm so dumb I have invisibility and weapon conjuring

Now that I've come to that revelati- "you'll never catch me you damned murder!" I deadpanned at his voice 'did he just cut me off?' "Oh please you'll be dead in the next hour so give up now!" I yelled back as I ripped off my dress because obviously I had to be smart about this. I mean I knew he wouldn't have went down easy so I kept my outfit under me.

"Miko?" I heard I'm taking a wild guess and saying it's the mini camera and earpiece Illumi talked about. "Yes what is it?" I asked making a huge jump over one of the roofs. "We're having a talk about your outfit later but how's it going?" I rolled my eyes before speaking
"Well she didn't tell me he was a ninja which isn't a problem but he's been jumping and running on the rooftops for about 25 minutes now. His stamina is running low his mom wants his body intact so she can plan his death but obviously I have to kill him still. If I get close enough I can use rumor it's just really annoying." I sighed as I saw him stumble for a second.
"Miko just get the job done no need to play with your toys love" grumbling I agreed and sped up to catch up to him. He turned to look at me thankfully I was 700 feet away from him. He looked straight into my eyes idiot. "I heard a rumor" I started as his pace slowed down "I heard a rumor that you stopped running and stood still" I watched as he abruptly stopped running and stood still looking at me worriedly but in a daze.
