Vinnie had packed an overnight bag for him and the kids. He decided he wasn't going to stay in his parents house that night because he was afraid of having a blow up so bad that it would permanently end any relationship he had with his family. That's how angry he was.

"Vinnie honey, please stay." Maria begged as tears ran down her face.

"I'll pass." Vinnie muttered as he put Kaiser into the portable car seat.

"Where are you gonna go?" Maria asked.

"Do you think that for once in your life you could mind your own damn business mom? I'll figure it out for myself." Vinnie yelled which made Bear flinch against his arm that she had been holding onto while her dad strapped Kaiser in.

"Baby, daddy isn't gonna hurt you. You don't have to be scared." Vinnie said calmly as he turned to look at her.

"Don't like it." Bear mumbled as she covered her ears.

He instantly felt bad, knowing this was the beginning of one of her panic attacks. He paused on strapping Kaiser in and completely turned his body. He sat in the floor and opened his arms for Bear to walk into. She gladly accepted the hug as she layed her head on his shoulder and tried to control her breathing.

"Unplug your ears for daddy okay?" Vinnie asked calmly to which she did.

She flung her arms around his neck as he rubbed her back soothingly. He hummed softly in her ear and rocked with her from side to side, all of the things that calmed her down.

"Daddy's so sorry honey. I didn't mean to scare you." Vinnie whispered and left gentle pecks on her cheek.

He had to learn to control himself around his kids, the last thing he wanted was for them to see there dad angry all the time.

"Do you wanna go to school tomorrow babygirl?" Vinnie asked.

"Yes. I wanna see my friends and play on the playground at recess." Bear said as Vinnie tucked her into the hotel bed under the covers. Kaiser layed in between the two of them.

"Okay. We'll go to a store tomorrow so we can pack your lunch okay?" Vinnie said, leaning over and kissing his girl on the forehead and then doing the same to Kaiser.
