Shame and blame

Jimin woke up and washed up he went to his closet , he needed to make a statement tonight, he pulled out a semi see through black shirt with silver thread going down it, he matched it up with tight black jeans and black shoes, setting the clothes aside ready for later he looked at his watch, yes he had enough time picking up his car keys he dashed out to his favourite hairstylists told them what he wanted and they got to work turning his dirty blonde hair to very dark brown/black cutting into a very sleek style, jimin smiled at himself in the mirror, he looked hot!
Going back to the dorm he walked in heading to the kitchen but was stopped by a familiar voice.
"Jimin?you look......great!"
"It was time for a change Kookie,"
Jungkook couldn't help thinking Jimin meant more than his hair was changing.
The others all agreed Jimin looked really sharp,Tae got worried that It was Jimin making himself more desirable for fans and trying to keep Jungkook with him so he had to say something.
"Did you see the media pictures of Kookie and I at the coffee shop on you tube .Jimin?"
"No sorry Tae, that's nice for you," Jimin seemed completely unconcerned .
"You still have a long way to go before you get as many likes as Jikook has ," Hobi said.
"What does it matter Hobi, I'm done with all the fakeness, Let Taekook win who cares?" Jimin said, Suga smirked and muffled his laugh.
But Tae wasn't finished," Jimin it's ok to be jealous , you know Taekook is more real than Jikook."
"Tae,what are you on about?none of its real, we are all just friends!"
"I know but if it was real then of course Jungkook would choose me, isn't that right?"
"Look this is all getting ridiculous ,Tae you and Jimin are both my friends, the shipping is from fans, not us, why do you even think like that?" Jungkook asked.
Tae was mad," I'm fed up it's always Jikook, what's wrong with me, I've been an actor , I'm better looking than Jimin I'm tall and handsome yet all it ever is is damn Jikook,"
Everyone looked shocked at the outburst, Jimin more than anyone, it sounded like Tae had a grudge against him not Jungkook.
"I thought we were friends Tae?"
Tae looked at the smaller boy and had the grace to look ashamed when he saw Jimin looking so upset.
"I just feel like everyone protects you because your small and cute, like they have to take care of you and your lack of confidence, "
"Do I really seem that useless," Jimin asked looking around him.
"No of course not," Jin said glaring at Tae.
"Ok......, I'm sorry Tae I never meant for you to feel like this......., I um, I'm going to go get ready."
Jimin quietly went out the room, the others stared at Tae,
"jealousy is a horrible emotion Tae, just think over all the times Jimin put you first, he told the boss you would sound better singing the main part than he would in our latest song,he always bought snacks that we all like and nothing for himself, if he saw someone was tired at a photoshoot he would let them go before him so they could get home quicker, he sits back in interviews and let's us put our point of views across, he hasn't got a jealous bone in his body he would let anyone have anything even if it was something he really wanted. How can you say he's your friend and say all that,I'm ashamed of you," Jin, sweet funny Jin said this and it made Tae see he had really overstepped the mark.
"I'm sorry guys, I got too caught up in my own fame and Jungkook I'm sorry for treating you like I owned you."
"Sure Tae, but it's not me who should get the apology, your right in a way we do protect Jimin but that is because of all the hate he used to get in the beginning, it made him ashamed of himself doing that stupid starvation diet because he thought he was embarrassing us with the puppy fat he used to have, he didn't care about his health he only cared about not letting us down, so I for one will always protect him from hurting himself again, but you shouldn't be jealous Tae, you should have just explained your feelings, but I think you owe Jimin an apology."
Tae nodded apologised to the others again and made his way to Jimins room knocking on the door.
A quiet voice called come in and Tae went in to see Jimin sitting on the windowsill twisting his hands together, something he did when he was worried.
"Jimin?"
"Oh er Um Tae,did you want something," Jimin looked down at the floor as he asked.
"I want to apologise for being a jerk to my friend."
Jimin looked up seeing sincerity in Tae's eyes.
"Y-you don't have to apologise to me, I didn't realise that I am so useless to the group , it's probably really annoying for you all to prop me up,"
Tae saw how nervous Jimin was and walked over to him gripping his hands.
"You are never annoying, I've been on an ego trip and needed a smack in the face to bring me back down to earth, you have done nothing wrong and everything right, maybe it's hard to be as nice as you and I got jealous but don't ever underestimate yourself please Jimin, friends?"
Jimin hugged him and they stood there like that for a while then Tae dropped the bomb,
"So why are you giving up on Jungkook after fancying him all this time?"
"W-what do you mean?"
"Jimin we used to share a room and you would cry out for Kookie!"
"I did? Fuck, thank good we have our own rooms now!" Don't tell anyone please Tae, he doesn't think of me like that and I don't want to embarrass him."
"See what I mean, your too nice always thinking of the other person!"
"Is that bad Tae?"
"No Jiminee it's not , but I think you should show him what he's missing, is this the outfit for tonight?"
"Yes,"
"Great, you will show the great Jibooty off and your hair is amazing, leave a few buttons undone at the neck, your silver dangly sun and moon earrings no chain and a bit of make up on your eyes."
They smiled at each other and Tae left so Jimin could get ready.
Suga and RM were waiting for Jimin, the others were seated around watching tv,as Jimin came rushing down,
"Sorry guys I couldn't remember where I put my black leather jacket but I found it."
Jungkook looked up at Jimins voice and nearly choked at the sight before him, Jimin was bending over tying his shoe lace putting his wonderful Jibooty on show.
"Hey Jimin looking hot, you gonna score tonight?" Tae said smirking.
"Jimin blushed he knew Tae was trying to get Jungkook to notice him so he went along with it,
"Who knows maybe I'll get lucky,"
"Y-you want to hit on a girl Jiminee?" Jungkook asked surprised at the others response .
"No Kookie", jungkook sighed in relief which was short lived.
"I'm gay Kookie so I'll hit on a guy."
The three left , leaving the others behind laughing, all except Jungkook.
"He didn't mean it did he?"
"What that he's gay? Yes he did how come you didn't know with all this shipping?"
"I thought he was just playing the game,"
"Oh no Kookie and he looks hot enough tonight to score with anyone."
The others continued to watch tv but Jungkook got up and went to his room.
He paced back and forth, would Jimin really go with some other man, why did he care? Because you've always had Jimin run around after you,until today......
It had been a couple of hours and Jungkooks instagram came up with notifications that Suga and RM had posted something , flicking through he saw photos of the three grinning into the camera , then pictures of Jimin dancing surrounded by people ogling him boys and girls alike and yes he looked stunning a final picture showed them sitting at a table drinking with other idols only this time Jimin was sitting in one of their laps his smiling face close to the others face while their hand was possesively on Jimins waist.
Jungkook threw his phone across the room annoyed.
The time wore on Jungkook heard a noise at one thirty and rushed out only to find RM and Suga making their way in drunk.
"Hey Wassup Kookie?"
"Where's Jimin,"
The two looked at each other and laughed,
"He's not here!" They said in unison.
"I know so where is he?"
The two winked at each other although drunk they knew exactly where Jimin was.
"Sssssh !!Kookie its late nightie night!" They wobbled their way to their rooms leaving a frustrated Jungkook behind.
Had Jimin really hooked up with someone?
