The name made me lowkey get butterflies, but I didn't show it. I got up and greeted him with a friendly side hug, since I wanted to respect his relationship.

"ight where that bathroom at I gotta piss" I said to him getting straight to the point.

"O yea follow me" Camilo said walking out the room. I followed behind him giving Mirabel a pitied look mouthing 'I'll talk to you later, love you girl' I truly did feel bad for her and she's the first friend I've had since I got here and possibly the best I've had in a while, so I was gonna make it up to her later.

"So, where did you come from?" Camilo asked bringing up small talk before it could get awkward.

"Houston TX" I said while shuffling my playlist for the millionth time today

I started to hum the lyrics softly to my myself.

"Whatcha listening to?" Camilo asked referring to me enjoying my music

I handed him one of my air pods, which I do rarely, and watched as he put it in his ear. I didn't except him to know SZA but his face lit up the moment he put the ear piece in.

He sang along to the song which surprised me.

"bro I love SZA" He said giving me a smile with his checks coated with red. In that moment I just wanted to grab him and give him the best kiss I can, use my black girl magic, but I can't do that to his girl.

"You got taste Cami" I said while going back on my phone to search for another song

"Alright, we're here" Camilo said suddenly, I didn't have time to change the song, so I just decided to leave it, I went to put my phone up, but Camilo interrupted me.

"You got games on yo phone? I know you gon take forever" he said which caught me off guard

"Here I should have subway suffers and other shi on there" I said handing him my phone and walking into the bathroom

'Ga damn he keep playin he gon end up  having a side chick'

I exited the bathroom and looked around for Camilo who I saw on the ground sitting up against the wall, invested in the game High Heels.

I giggled a bit which caught his attention and he got up and handed me my phone.

"Ight we gotta be quick before the bell ri-"

Kids of different shapes, sizes, and colors spilled out of the many doors lining the walls

"Hey man where have you been?" A fairly good-looking guy walked up to us and did a handshake with Camilo

"Hey Micah" Camilo returned the greeting. While they had small talk I took this time to kinda compare the boys in my mind

'oo damn they both fine' I thought while admiring the two boys. That was until Micah noticed me.

"who's you?" Micah asked me while looking me up and down, this did not go unnoticed by me though

"I'm Y/N, I'm gonna be starting school here next week, who's you?" I asked him while trying to keep eye contact

"I'm Micah" He said while sticking out his ring covered hand for a hand shake

"Nice to meet you Micah" I said flashing him a smile and firmly shaking his muscular hand.

"Can I have your Insta Mami?" He asked, a playful smirk appearing on his face

"sur-" Before I could respond tho Camilo said something

"No" He said sternly, mean mugging Micah

"um I can speak for myself" I said catching his attention, his gaze softened when it landed on me  but quickly harden when he heard Micah speak again.

" you didn't let me put the moves on Monque so you can move along" Micah said while trying to shoo Camilo away

"First of all Monque doesn't have anything to do with this, second of al-"

"Who the fuck is Monque?" I questioned

"Camilo's girlfriend" Micah explained to me

"CAMILOO" a feminine voice called out to the freckled boy in front of me.
