About 2 weeks after finding out that they were expecting, they go to the very first appointment to check on both Karine and the baby when they were in for a shock of their life and Karine was pregnant with 3 babies. 2 identical and the other fraternal. Too early for them to tell the genders of the babies. But they were all healthy and she was 10 weeks along in her pregnancy so about, 8 weeks when she found out that she was expecting. Hence her headaches and not feeling good at all. About 6 weeks later and in her second trimester, Giorgio and Karine were having identical boys and a girl. They were thrilled and not to mention, Uncle Viktor had been worked on the boys mural in their nursery and had worked on a Disney Princess mural for babygirl. The rooms were absolutely perfect for them. Uncle Viktor definitely didn't skimp on his "babies" rooms at all. Thank goodness because the triplets came into the world 22 weeks later around 38 weeks. Extremely healthy and thriving.

As the kids graduated from high school and Irina went into law, the boys became doctors. Lukas became a trauma surgeon and Gregor became a pediatric oncologist. All three kids went and did things they were passionate about. Giorgio decided to hand the mafia over to another mafia he trusted. He wanted to be around for his wife, his kids and his grandchildren, but most of all his brother Viktor. Viktor did get married to a wonderful woman named Svetlana. They live in a house on the property and they went on to have a little girl named Katerina Noelle. She is also into law and works along side Irina, that is one badass pair ever in the courts. They haven't lost a case yet.
