Issei's ability
At the start of the duel Issei's sacred gear will activate. Each turn that passes his gear gives him the ability to boost his monsters stats by 500 points. Each turn he doesn't use the ability 500 points get added.
Example
On his 3rd turn if he hasn't activated his boost then he can increase a monster's stats by 1000 points. The next turn he could do 1500 points.
The Boost will last 1 turn and reset back to 500 points the following turn.
Vali's ability
Same as Issei's but he will decrease monster's stats by 500 points.
On their 5th turn Issei can double all of his monsters stats and Vali can halve all of his opponents monster stats.
