A Heart To Heart Between Sister Chapter 107

Rory is making breakfast for herself, Tali, and Natasha

As she works away her mind can't help but go to Karli

She hopes she's ok, happy, and so on... But she realizes that she needs to tell Natasha

She's looking for Karli and the only ones Rory told about her were Lisa, Wanda, and Yelena... She needed to tell Natasha but how did she go about it. How did she tell and more importantly how was Natasha going to take it

Mama -Tali

Hey baby -Rory

How long's food gonna be Saber's hungry -Tali

Saber's hungry huh -Rory

Yep! -Tali

Well it won't be long -Rory

Tali nods with a smile

I'll call you when it's ready ok -Rory

Ok Mama -Tali says and rushes off

Breakfast

Rory, Natasha, and Tali are sitting around the table having breakfast

Beda is at Rory's feet

Saber was sitting on Tali's shoulder

So is Saber happy now -Rory

Yep -Tali

What's going on -Natasha asks confused

I was told that Saber was hungry so I had to hurry up -Rory

Is that so -Natasha says amused

Yep -Rory says just as amused as her sister

Saber is hungry -Tali defends and gives Saber a bit of her food

Rory and Natasha share a chuckle

Living Room

Rory is setting up a movie for Tali

I can't believe you want to watch it again -Rory teases

There good movies! -Tali defends

Am not saying there not -Rory

Tali smiles

Rory then finishes up and puts the movie on

If you need me I'll be in the office ok -Rory

Ok Mama -Tali

Rory then kisses her head and goes off to the office. Lisa has sent over some things she had managed to get about Karli

The Office

Rory is reading over the paperwork and drinking coffee

Rory has a smile on her face on learning that her daughter finished high school and was reading over it when Natasha comes in

Hey little sister. What's got you so happy -Natasha

Rory sighs a little knowing that now was the time

There's been something I've been meaning to talk to you about -Rory

Natasha takes a seat

What is it -Natasha

Those years ago when I snapped -Rory

Rory -Natasha Begins but Rory refuses to back out of this she needed to talk about it

It was more about you and Yelena. Something else happened and I was so close to the edge. I've been too scared to really talk about it -Rory

I had a daughter in the red room -Rory

Dreykov took her. When I went rouge I managed to find her but she was still very young -Rory pauses and swallows back the emotions

Before any more could be said Tali talks in

Mama am hungry -Tali

Let's get you some food then no -Rory says standing up

The two sisters share a look that was a clear to be continued later when Tali was in bed

Tali's Room

Rory is sitting on Tali's bed tucking her in

Is everything ok Mama -Tali

Of course it is why wouldn't it be -Rory

You seem sad -Tali

Well I will admit something is going on but it's nothing you to be worried about -Rory

Will you tell me -Tali

In a little while ok. I need to see this through a little bit at least before I can tell you ok -Rory

Ok Mama -Tali yawns

Rory smiles fondly

Can you sing me to sleep -Tali

Of course I can -Rory says then she begins singing to sleep softly and running her fingers through Tali's hair until she's asleep then she kisses her head softly and leaves the room

The Living Room

Rory and Natasha are drinking wine in the living room

So... You have another daughter -Natasha

Dreykov ripped her from me. Ripped her right out of my arms when she was a few hours old -Rory admits with tears in her eyes

Rage fills Natasha

I found her -Rory

You did -Natasha

It was when I was in that very dark place. I... I couldn't be a mother to her then -Rory

You were in a really bad place -Natasha

I found her a good family to take her in and give her the life I never could then covered the tracks. Dreykov thought she was dead -Rory

But in truth, you killed anyone who knew the truth -Natasha

Rory nods

Hey you protected her -Natasha

Am looking for her... She's about Nine-Teen now -Rory

Natasha smiles

Even if she doesn't want anything to do with me I need to know she's ok and... I at the least owe her an explanation on why I gave her up -Rory

Rory -Natasha

Rory looks at her sister

On seeing the tears in her eyes Natasha pulls her close and holds her

Both of them pause in their wine drinking and they cry well Rory cries more than Natasha who whispers soothing things into her ear
