The leaves were dyed a fiery color, and the breeze was warm. The lab was empty and people were leaving. Lights were flicking and all was cold.

The gootraxians had come out to play. The pups barked and ran around, Lang watched as Toxic Rabbit was annoying them. Catte shook her head at the scene and watched Mochi and Sprinklekit walk into the main room from the cafe. Then arrived Kaiju with slime dragon pups. As well as Slimehounds with more pups on their back. Fed and Shade were playing spin the bottle as the protogen joined in. All were having a good time. Figs and Plantix were in their nature room.. everything was great.

Plantix and Figs stared at each other. Plantix was sitting under the tree with a flower in their hand while Figs was hanging down from the tree. "Soooo-.. Figs, should we go to the others?" Plantix looked up and blinked. Waiting for a simple response from Figs. Only to be responded by Figs flapping their bug-type wings and falling off the tree by accident. "OOF-" They got up and rubbed their head. Plantix giggled and got up, fixing the fluff on their feminine body before they picked a flower off of Figs that was stuck to them. "You need to be careful!" They giggled and hugged Figs. "Erm..- I guess I do." Figs chuckled and returned a hug to Plantix. "And to answer your question. Sure! We can go see the others." They held their hand/claw out and Plantix placed their paw on top of Figs hand/claw. And together they walked to the rest of the gang.

"Hey guys!!~"
Figs and Plantix chirped, making a small, lovely harmony when they spoke at the same time. Catte turned and waved, but her bucket only fell and covered her eyes. "ACK-" All the gootraxians chuckled and Kaiju was nice enough to help Catte with its bucket. Lang stared in complete silence before tilting her head and turning. "Hello Figs, and hello Plantix.." Lang spoke in a very calm voice, calm enough to settle someone down if they were angry. Toxic Rabbit leaned his arms on top of the sitting Lang's head, trying to annoy her as per usual. "Yeh know, Plantix, you shouldn't waste your time with stupid flowers." Toxic rabbit responsed, moving his paws in a talking motion to follow in on his words. "Toxic Rabbit could you not be so-.. rude. If Plantix loves their flowers then they can spend time and treat their flowers.." Lang spoke argumentative yet calmer and Plantix chuckled. "It's fine Lang, he can say what he wants. I love my flowers!~ And Figs love their berries. So we both love what we come from." Figs nodded and hugged Plantix. "At least it's peaceful.." Catte smiled. "..But I wonder what Fed, Shade, and Protogen are doing.."

Shade and Fed were spinning an empty bottle with Protogen who was studying the tactics of Spin The Bottle with their visor. "Aye Shade! The bottle landed on you." Fed spoke, tipping his fedora. "Again?! Ugh.." Shade got up and went to the crowd. Fed chuckled and looked at Protogen. "He has to hit someone as hard as he can on the head, most special Sprinklekit!" Protogen stared at him before speaking, it's loud computer-voice echoing. "..Isn't Sprinklekit sensitive and childish?-" Fed's eyes widen. How could he of forgotten. This wasn't gonna end so well. "Oh fiddlesticks." He got up and went after Shade, and Protogen simply followed.

"SHADE STOP- DO NOT." Fed yelled but it was too late. Shade had bonked Sprinklekit on the head, but not hard. Sprinklekit sniffled and lowered her ears, sniffing and crying. She clung onto Mochi and continued to sob. "Wait no- Sprinkle I'm sorry-" Shade apologized, feeling incredibly guilty but Sprinklekit continued to cry and Mochi gave Shade a look like she was about to beat him up. Shade automatically retreated to Fed. "Damn Fed- I messed up, that was so uncool of me.." Fed shook his head and placed his paw on Shade's shoulder, "It was my fault." Mochi growled at Fed and he nervously just looked away, his ears lowering a bit. Sprinklekit eventually calmed down and sniffled.

Suddenly. The elevator opened up, which was nearly impossible! It's been broken down for so long.. all the gootraxians rushed to the elevator/protogen room and saw a group of people walk out, one of them had glasses and a lab coat, as well as short black hair, and they had a feminine female structure. "Hello.. my furry friends, you can call me Doctor Quinn.. and these are my buddies!~"

The gootraxians felt a little nervous but played it cool as they greeted the new humans who had come.

..But they were all unaware of what's to come..
