It's been a few days since the interactions with Zephyrus. I was watching an old kids' show when there was a knock at my door, I was home alone. I paused the show and got up, walking over to the door. I looked through the peephole and my eyes widened. I opened the door, there stood Soundwave and Protesilaus stood there, Soundwave was being supported by the other, blood staining his shirt.

I didn't say anything, I just stepped to the side, pointing to the couch. Protesilaus got Soundwave to the couch, lying him down. The brown-haired villain let out a few swears as he was set down, his mouth contorting in pain. I couldn't see his eyes due to the blue cloth over his eyes.

I went to the bathroom to grab the med kit before going back into the living room. I knelt near Soundwave's wound, it was a bullet wound, thankfully it looked like the bullet went completely through his side.

"Can you lift your shirt? I need to assess the damage." I said simply.

Soundwave lifts his shirt just enough so I can see the damage. There were bits of cloth in the wound. No big deal, I could take them out really quick and then heal him. The wound itself looked to be a bullet wound. It was a clean shot, the bullet had gone through completely, makes it easier on me. I opened the med kit and pulled out a pair of tweezers. I grabbed a lighter, as I didn't have any disinfectant liquid, and held the tweezers over the flame of the lighter for a few seconds. When I was done, I pocked the lighter and got to work.

"I take it Zephyrus told you about me," I said.

Protesilaus nods.

"Why am I not surprised?" I mumbled to myself.

Soon Soundwave's wound was cleaned.

"Ok, just try to relax," I said.

I hovered my hands over his wound and closed my eyes again, the process started again. This time I only got a massive headache from healing him. I stopped when the headache got too much and the wound was healed. I fell back, panting softly.

"There, you should be fine. If anything you're lucky my roommates aren't home," I said, standing up.

Soundwave got up, I slowed him down a bit so he wouldn't get dizzy.

"I suggest taking it easy, you lost a bit of blood," I said.

He nods.

"You need me to get you water or anything? People tend to get a little thirsty after I heal them."

He shakes his head.

"Thank you though." He said, standing up.

He swayed a bit but Protesilaus caught him.

"Told you to take it easy," I said, packing up the med kit.

"Yeah yeah." He said.

"How about you give us your number? So we don't show up at your apartment again if your roommates are home," Protesilaus said, his monotone voice startling me a bit.

I nod and a scrap of paper and a hunt for a pencil later the two villains were on their way, Soundwave pocketing the scrap of paper with my phone number on it, I closed the door behind them. I looked at the now blood-stained couch and sighed, Looks like I need a new excuse.

-.-.-.-

I just finished getting as much blood out of the couch as I could when one of my roommates came home, it was Skylar. She raised an eyebrow at me trying to get the blood out, it currently didn't look like dried blood, if anything it looked like I spilled juice.

"I spilled some juice," I said.

She nods and goes to the bedroom before going to take a shower.

I sighed softly as I got up to throw away the paper towels. Willow came home soon after, by then Skylar was out of the shower. They went into the bedroom, and I once again faintly heard a hushed conversation.

I was probably going to get the couch again tonight.
