it was just another day at gracefield house and y/n just woke up

Y/n's POV
I open my eyes to the sun blinding my eyes I stand up and got ready I walked out of my room to emma's that was right beside mine. after the house burnt the house was rebuilt the same just the inside wasnt the same.the rooms changed order.

Y/n's POV
I opened emma's door to see her laying down on the ground she was probably the thud I heard last night I chuckled at the thought and walked up to her and crouched and shook her awake
"Emma its time to wake up the kids are waking up soon" I said in a soft voice
"mhm" emma said while standing up and going to the bathroom I chuckled at how she was walking she was walking like a zombie

It was time for breakfast and I decided to make breakfast and emma joined me just when I started to make eggs she made the bacon and phil went in to help with the juice.

(they changed the age of shipping to 16)

after we cooked the food one of the kids went up to me and hugged me saying "Good morning mama!" and one said "Good morning mommy!" while the other's just said "morning mom" or "morning mama"
I let the kids call me whatever they want so thats why one called me mommy

"Good morning my dear children!" they all flashed me a smile and sat down after they finished preparing the table "I'm glad that all 39 of you are healthy and living"
"Thank you for the food!" we said in unison and the kids started eating while me and Sister Emma helped some of the kids.

It's now free time and Emma and Y/n was playing with the kids while some of the eldest took care of the babies Mama Y/n and Sister Emma decided to play tag with the kids and they all scattered around in the forest the younger ones were found 4minutes in the game (no they didn't use the trackers) and the eldest we're found 3minutes before the game ended the kids lost and the adults won again so they decided to rest and play chess with the adults.

The day went by fast it was now night time and the kids were asleep except for 1 Lily she ha just woken up from a nightmare and ran straight to Y/n's room

Y/n's POV
I heard a knock on the door and said "come in" right away I knew who it was it was Lily she always came to me at the same time she always had these nightmares so she always came to me every night. She came in and cried on me.

I carried her and said "it's alright mama I her don't worry" she stopped crying a few minutes later

"mama?"
She asked

"yes Lily?" I ask her

"can you sing me that lullaby...?" she asked

"Of course!" I said "Let's go to your room an tuck you in ok?" I said and she nodded in reply.

I walked to their room with Lily in my hands and opened the door it made a quiet creak and I went in. I walked to Lily's bed and tucked her in and started to sing a lullaby

"Dear sweet child no need to cry I will hold you tight~ so sleep all your worries and cares away~ no need to be scared you are out of harms way~ I will keep you safe and warm Love you everyday~ Reach your tiny hands for the light~ take your future and make it shine so bright~"

I watched as Lily started to close her eyes

I hummed the rest of the lullaby as she finally slept and had a dreamless sleep.

I got out of the children's room to see face Emma's ear turns out she was listening the whole time she smile sadly at me and said "I know you miss them Y/n especially Norman but I know they're safe I just know it!"

I smiled at her and said "goodnight" and went to my room not letting her reply.

When I was in my room I looked at my desk and walked up to it and smiled at the framed picture of  Me, Emma, Ray, and... Norman....I truly missed them and especially him but I knew they were gonna come back for Phil and the others

while I was looking at the framed picture I heard a knock on my door I looked at it and said "come in" the door opened and a child Came in "any reports?" I asked with a straight face

"no it's still the same" the child answered I nodded in response and said "you're dismissed then" the child nodded and went back to their room.

I walked away from my desk and walked to the babies they were fast asleep I walked away and walked back to my desk and sat down opening a drawer that had a notebook in it I took my pen and started writing

Dear diary

They havent come back yet though it's ok I just hope they are in good condition

I closed the notebook and walked to my bed I tucked myself in and drifted off to sleep I had a dreamless sleep that night.
