The next few weeks has been good I've reached the 15 week mark but my co workers still don't know I've decided to keep it myself to stop Jack finding out the nausea has settled and I'm feeling good about my self it's the first week of December and there is Christmas decorations up ready for Christmas in the coming weeks. I arrive into work I'm waring black tights with a black dress covering my bump or to make it look like I'm not pregnant it looks like I've got a normal dress on with giving the illusion that I look completely normal but I know it won't remain this way for long just need to keep it form jack. I walk into my office and and set my bag down and start with catching up on a few emails I have left on my computer organising events and making sure everything is good with the players when sally comes in
"Hiya Chloe , sorry to bother you there is a few things we need you to do there is a few photo shoot with a players down in the indoor training pitch that has just finished would you mind editing and picking up the photos downstairs on the computer and printing them off while your down there if you don't mind" sally looks at Chloe hopefully
"Of course I will sally how are you today looking forward to two weeks time when we're all off for Christmas" I slowly stand up and walk round my desk
"I'm good thank you sweetheart how are you? I must say you look great what's your secret?" Sally looks at Chloe with a smile on her face catching Chloe off guard
"I oh.... just this skin care brand I've been using recently why?" Chloe laughs lightly and smiles at sally
"You look brilliant as always anyway I've got work to tend to see you later Chloe" sally walks down the opposite end of the corridor as a-pose to Chloe
I walk into the indoor training pitch I see the left over clothes what someone's worn and the images on the laptop I scan through them there all of jack just what I wanted I pick the most decent ones off to be printed for some copies to be put in the shop window and around the stadium when I hear his voice
"Hello , fancy seeing you here" I spin round to look at jack standing a meter away from me I place my hands on my belly making me jump And he looks at me stood there with my hands on my belly and the dress around it his face changes to a face of worry
"Chloe what are you ..... his face drops and he looks me dead in the eye "Chloe are you pregnant......?" He has a hand reaching out point to my stomach
"I don't know what you are on about jack" I take a few steps back when I gently back into the wall and jack follows me standing inches away from me my heart is racing at this moment
"Don't lie to me Chloe you are pregnant I know you are and is it mine?" Jack looks chloe in the eye
I looking jack dead in his eyes is blank emotional face starting at me. my eyes begin to fill up with tears "yes ok yes it is your jack" I can't hold them in any longer tears stream down my face I break down against the wall and sob uncontrollably
Jack steps back and runs his hands through his hair for what feels like ages before he finally speaks "WHY DIDN'T YA TELL ME ?!!" He turns looks Chloe
"I haven't know long jack I swear to you" I Chloe continues to sob unconditionally
"How long have ya known?" I can feel his eyes burning into mine
"6 weeks" I tell him struggling to get the words out
"6 fuckin weeks are ya kidding me and you still haven't told me what the fuck Chloe"
"I wanted to jack but I couldn't not with you still hanging around your ex" chloe lets out a few sobs
"How many times have I got to tell ya Chloe I'm not with her I wanted you" he looks at my now small but noticeable bump know he knows I'm carrying his baby "how far along are ya"
Chloe holds her bump in her hands "15 weeks" I say just loud enough for him to here
"15 weeks so your past the 12 week mark then. Omg I can't believe it was you even going to tell me Chloe I have a right to know you know" jack looks at Chloe who is sobbing uncontrollably
"I wanted to I nearly did but I can't jack I can't trust you" jack storms out in anger
"Jack wait plea....." he's gone leaving Chloe alone in the indoor training pitch alone she slides down the wall crying and cradling her bump
Chloe stays there for a while before she composes her self before getting up and sorting the media images and sorting out her emails to get though the day she looks out window at the dark sky all the employees starting to go home Chloe decides to go home and not stress herself out she packs up her things and heads to her car where she is putting her things in the boot when she hears a woman's voice from behind
"Hello pet" Chloe turns around to see jacks mum Karen standing there "sorry I didn't mean to make you jump hun , look I think we need to talk how about we can sit in your car if your more comfortable hun" she shows me a small smile. We both sit in the front of my car when Karen speaks "how are you pet , I'm assuming you know why I'm here and what I'm taking about?" She looks towards my belly motioning a finger towards it
"I'm guessing jack spoke to you and told you" Chloe starts to tear up again when Karen notices
"Hey Chloe it's ok I'm not going to get on at you it's ok" she grabs my hand and gently rubs it reassuring me
"Thank you Karen" i smile at her We end up taking for a bit she tells me how she will be there for me if I need her for anything
"Thank you Karen it means so much to me. I've got some baby scans in my bag form the hospital a few weeks ago would you like to see them" I look at her she smiles at me
"I'd like that thank you Chloe" I get my bag and pull out the scan pics and hand them to her "it's so clear Chloe have you found out the gender or I you keeping unknown till they are born" she is smiling at the pics of the baby on the piece of paper
"I want a surprise it will give me something to look forward to through the remainder of the pregnancy" Karen goes to hand me the scans pic back "keep them I've got others for jack if he ever speaks to me again" Karen looks at me and holds my hand
"Thank you for this Chloe it means so much to me" Karen smiles at me when I feel it And gasp
"Ahh" I look at my bump and put my hand it "they moved I think they just moved" Chloe laughs slightly and Karen smiles at her. I grab Karen's hand and babeputs it to the spot where they kicked "can you feel that?" We are both silent until Karen breaks the silence
"Ohh I just felt it that little kick" Chloe and Karen both laugh and Karen keeps her hand on Chloe's bump and gently rubs it while smiling "you will always have us for support chloe ok no Matter what happens with you and Jack we are here for you , will we still be able to see the baby when there born please" Karen looks at Chloe
"Of course you will all of you will be able to see the baby when there born" Chloe looks at Karen's hand still on her belly gently circling around she places her hand on top of Karen's "thank you so much" I pull Karen in for a hug she embraces me and gives me a kiss on the cheek and gives me her number if I ever want to talk to her she says goodbye to me and gently rubs my belly before saying good bye and going to meet the rest of her family
"We can't wait to meet you little one me and your mummy is so excited" she smiles at Chloe before hugging her one more time before getting out of the car
I say good by to Karen she has been so nice to me and I watch her get out and walk off into the distance. I start my car and drive home feeling better that I have someone to turn to for support
