Chapter 3: "I think... I think I like you."

"It all started when I was in my room. Doing nothing... nothing! I totally wasn't looking at dirty things... Anyway! Both my parents had passed at that time and I was living with my uncle in Sydney and I looked at my shadow and wanted to just disappear in to it... so I suddenly did... after that I was pretty much wiped off the face of the Earth and became part of the shadows, so after that I was pretty much looking for a cute girl to possess her shadow. I found one girl before you, but her personality did not match her looks. I found you after that, and your personality completely matched the way you look. Beautiful.. definitely beautiful. You're sweet... like sugar. And you're totally smart.. you basically have everything I like in a woman... so I possessed your shadow. Not to mention I love your style, you're a gamer and I really like that. So that's why I'm here. I couldn't stand to see you so lonely, so I decided to introduce myself." He explained.

I stood there in shock. I was... beautiful? Sweet like sugar? Smart? A gamer?! I thought I was none of this... and I blushed... a lot... too much. "I think... I think I like you." I said. I could not believe I had just said that. What was I thinking? You just met the guy! Plus he was a shadow! Your shadow! But then again, I think I could have fallen in love with this man by just his voice alone. So... so pretty.. I wanted to hear it all night and day at that point. And his... his body! His face! All of it at once. I was so overwhelmed! I think that's why I said it. I wasn't thinking straight and I just said my feelings!

He sighed. It seemed to be a sigh of relief. "Well that's awesome! Because I really like you a lot... too, if you couldn't tell by now." He said calmly. I noticed that he started to blush.

"Awwwwwweeee!!" I screamed. I suddenly threw myself at him and hugged him. It was such a warm hug. I realized it was almost dark.

"Do you want to come in to my house? Are you hungry?" I said.

"Yeah, if you don't mind. Your housae is beautiful by the way." He said.

He followed me in to my house and I felt so weird. My shadow had come to life. It was almost dark, so I decided make dinner. I was never really much of a cook, so I was really nervous cooking for a guy. I was also cooking for two people, which made me even more nervous! In the first 20 minutes we had confessed that we liked each other, and I had met my shadow! What is going on here?!
