Chapter Eight: Their Love

"How did you know about that?" Kiki asks. His face turns red up to his ears.

"A little kitty told me. Regardless, how was it?" I ask. He smiles sheepishly.

"It was nice. We ate at my favorite place and then we went out into the country to stargaze. It was so romantic." He mutters. I giggle softly.

"Did ya'll kiss?" I ask. Kiki looks up at me with wide eyes.

"NO!" He shouts, hiding under our blanket.

"Okay okay. I'm just glad you enjoyed it. Anyways its bed time, Kiki." I explain, falling onto the bed.

"Koyama!" Rocket yells. I smile turning around. Wind blows around me and my feet come off the ground. Rocket is holding me in his arms.

"What did you need, Rocket?" I ask as he runs around with me.

"I wanted to walk to class with you!" He explains, shouting.

"Isn't it against school policy to use quirks in the hallways?" I ask slyly. His eyes widen and he stops his quirk. We stop abruptly and Rocket falls on top of me. He gulps.

"Sorry Koyama. Let me help you up." He apologizes. He lifts me up and sets me on my feet.

"Thank you." I reply, brushing myself off. I turn around to see Hotoshi. I smile widely. "Hi kitty!"

"Hi Koyama." He greets, chuckling lightly. He brushes some of his lilac hair from his face.

"Are we gonna walk to class together again?" I ask. He smiles.

"Is that even a viable question?" He asks. I smile softly at him.

"I guess not but lets go!" I shout, pulling him along.

"Is that push up thing part of your training?" Hitoshi asks. I smile, remembering last night.

"Not really its just for fun. Its really funny to do it right before the best part of a movie." I explain, smiling widely.

"You are so evil." Shinsou compliments.

"Awhh, thanks kitten~" I hum. His face tinges pink and his eyes sparkle. I giggle, pulling along both the boys. I bump into someone and my feet come off the ground. I float closer to the ceiling. I look down at the ground.

Bubblegum has fallen onto her rump. She looks up and makes eye contact with me. She begins to freak out. She releases me. I begin to fall very fast. She begins to freak out even more. I close my eyes, bracing for impact.

I land on something soft. My cheeks flush from the sudden chill in the air. Smells like peppermint and pine. I crack open my eye. A blurry figure of white and red. I open my eyes.

Angel carries me through the air, a frozen path growing in front of him. We return to the ground and he vaporizes the ice efficiently. He sets me down gently.

"Ururaka, you know its important to not use your quirk in the hallway! You could have seriously hurt Koyama!" Rocket scolds. Angel pulls me in by my waist. He bends down to my ear.

"Are you alright, baby? You're not hurt, are you?" He asks smoothly. I giggle nervously, my face tinging pink. I quickly recover.

"I'm alright, angel. Thanks for the save." I chant, backing away. I give him fingerguns before turning away. I trot to the classroom, taking my seat quickly.

My friends take their seats as well. The bell rings as Angel takes his seat. Bubblegum nudges me. I turn to look at her.

"Koyama, can I talk to you after class?" She asks. I smile softly at her.
