You wake up. To your suprise moon is actually sleeping. you quietly move over to the lightswitch and turn it up a bit. you have one of those slidding lightswitches in your room so it shouldn't bother-
"Ow!" moon clutches at his head.
he has two of sun's sun rays sticking out but is still in control
"Whoa! What is this!" you exclaim
"I-i dont know. it hurts-please turn it off." groans moon
you slide it back off
"Does it always hurt when you shift?" you ask, "I've been wondering for a while"
"Only sometimes. and if it does the pain is always only momentarily" moon ansers simply "That thing you just did was diferent though. i was partially through a shift..."
Moon walks over to the slidding lightswitch and stand there for a second
"I wonder if their was a way for us both to be here?.." moon mutters
he places the drag lightswitch in the center.
"Ow!" says moon, clutching his head a little.
After a few short seconds moon turns around with a big goofy grin on his face. half of the sun rays are sticking out but he still has the hat to cover the other half. Some segments of his body have Also changed from blue to yellow. He examines himself
"WWWW-WoW ahahahahahahah" exclaims moon, his voice sounds hard and glitchy "We a-are b-both i-in control n-now!"
"Whoa what is with your voice box!" you exclaim
"i-is this better." moon clears his throat "It's e-either this form has a s-stutter or i just broke m-my voice b-box."
"It sounds much better now." you say "... oh ond when your in that form i'm gonna call you Eclipse, because your both sun and moon!"
Eclipse tilts his head. he obviously likes that.. you do your daily routine. you also close all the bliders and turn the lights off so moon can come out. it would be nice spending a morning with him for once. today you are just going to have poptarts and coffee to wake you up. Moon walks downstairs.
"we should try to see if we can get to the daycare without me turning into sun." moon sugests "That would be fun."
"Sure!" you reply. it would be a fun challenge
you quickly finish eating and start your truck. you place a blanket over moon and try it get him to run and jump into the truck. but he takes a peek out from under the blanket and instantly turns to sun.
"Awwwwww.." you and sun both say. "We where soooo close!"
oh well. you starts to drive to work, the entire time sun tells you about glitter glue or something. but you aren't really paying atention. your just thinking about how great sun and moon are. It makes you so happy that they are your friends and not someone else. you look at sun, he's always so happy and joyfull!~. and moon he's very understanding and chill actually.
HONK HONK
Oh yeah- its a green light now. maybe you should pay more attention to the road.

you arive at work and are groggy like usual. you recive a message from Vanessa
"I need you to go with Sun/Moondrop to the mechanics since we couldn't fix him yesterday. they both get very nervous at the mechanics and it would just be usefull if you where there."
"Ok" you text back. this will be interesting

you are now at the mechanics. you had some other mechanics take you there. Sun insist on holding your hand to make sure you don't get lost, it's embarrising both of you. you are led into this big room. it has a table in the center and a chair for you. Sun walks over there and sits on it. He's fiddling with his hands. you decide to move closer... in a few minutes an older mechanic comes in with a few tools. he also ties sun up to a few cords hanging from the roof. they are suposed to stop his from running away or something. maybe they regulate his electrical pulses too. the Mechaning starts to remove his face plate and check his head circuts, he winces.
"Hey it's okay~" you say "Just focus on me. i brought glitter glue for you when your done."
he nods and calms down a little. they remove his voice box and put in a new one. you had no idea his voice box was located in his head. they put his face plate back on then run a few other diagnostics. He's all good now! he sighs relief and looks at you expectantly. you pass him the glitter glue
"NO WAY!!" sun yells "ITS THAT ELMERS CRAP!! THAT STUFFS FIRE!!"
he takes a big sip of the glitter glue
"DON'T DRINK IT1!!1!" you laugh and swat at him playfully.
he dodges and starts to run toward the exit of the place.
"You can't get me!!" he yells
Before you know it you two are chasing eachother towards the exit. you almost triped on a huge rock.but before you fell sun caught you
"You don't have to worry about falling when i'm around!" he winks, your face turns red
Sun carries you back to the car and puts you inside. the same people that drove you here are driving you back. but It suprises you how different sun is when he's at the daycare vs when its just you two. he's such a nervouse wreck while he's at the daycare... After a while of driving you arive back at the pizzaplex. you thank the machanics that carpooled you and head inside. you are imediantly greeted by Vanessa
"Why hello there Y/N!" says Vanessa cherefully "how did that go!"
"Great!!" sun interupts "Y/N is the best!"
Sun hugs you from behind, your face turns red.
"Well it makes me happy to know you guys get along well." says Vanessa
"Y-yeah s-same" you stutter "I'll see you later"
Vanessa waves at you as sun picks you up and carries you to the daycare.
"Y-you g-gotta stop craddle carrying me l-like this" you stutter "You would not belive the stares i get being carried around by a seven foot tall robot all the time"
sun laughs
"But your so small and cute Y/N! why would i stop carrying you!"
your so embarresed you might spontainiously combust... you two arive at the daycare just at closing time. you get the children ready, say goodbye to sun and leave.
"Tomorrow is another day"
