You woke up excited today but them remembered, rather then working in the daycare you have to repair some old robots today. You frown, robots are not very fun to repair but you have experience with the old ones at least. You quickly complete your morning routine, grab your favorite flavor of poptart and head outside. As you start your truck to begin to think about who you'll be working with. Wasn't his name Mat? Matpat? You can't remember exactly. Thankfully it's almost Friday.
Timeskip~
As soon as you arrive Vanessa leads you to the room with the robots in them. she wishes you good luck then closes the door. Hopefully someone can explain what is going on.
"Hi! My name is Martin" says a blonde-haired man. He seems about the same age as you but has a small scruffy beard "I'll be working with you! What is your name?"
It took you a moment to process what he said because how fast he is talking but eventually you reply.
"Oh my name's Y/N. I work in the daycare most of the time." you say slowly
"Oh wow! you work with that sun dude?" replies Martin quickly
"Yeah, His name is Sundrop. I work with Moondrop too." you say
"Oh really? Has the-"
"S-L-O-W D-O-W-N M-A-R-T-I-N" you whisper-yell
"Oh I'm sorry. I must of forgot to take my medication" he states
"Medication?" you ask
"Adhd" he says
"Ohhh okay." you reply, that makes a bit more sense
After a while the man returns into the room now equipped with his toolbox, you forgot your toolbox so you just share with Martin
"I wonder if they got these old animatronics from the old Pizzaplex." asks martin, he looks interested
"There was an old pizzaplex?" You ask, now very curious
"Ohh you don't know about that?"
"No." you sigh "I have no idea what is going on..."
"This is going to be a bit difficult to explain but I'll try my best..." groans Martin
(WARNING: This story was supposed to continue from an old AU I made so there is some stuff I added in. so its not all legit lore. Okay?)
"Okay i used to go the old pizzaplex a lot. It was open for a while but then there was a huge fire, and it got burnt down. they tried to cover up most of the story, but from what I've heard the animatronics where being hostile and trying to attack an orphan. They had gotten stuck inside the pizzaplex. The glamrock Freddy animatronic had helped the kid and I think they escaped."
"Oh... That's not as confusing as I thought it would be..." you sighed.
"Oh that's not all. One of Vanessa's employees started to act funny after they had to go look through these old tapes and stuff. Vanessa was originally supposed too but she just told her friend to do it instead. There was a joke going around that afterward that Vanessa's friend was possesses or something. Thinking back on it she probably was... Personally I think she was connected to the murders at the time but their isn't any proof. Maybe I'm just crazy." chuckles Martin as he rubs the back of his neck
"I don't know" you reply, curiosity edging your voice. "I might look into this stuff later but we should probably work a little harder on these robots."
Martin nods and turns to loosen a few bolts on a random animatronic so he can open up the torso. that one is too broken to really tell what it used to be. There are lots of old remains of animatronics, but the only thing that really interests you are the wind up robots from earlier. You pick up a faded green crank and put it into the little hole in the front of the strange looking animatronic, it seems to fit. Martin glances in your direction as you start to turn the crank to right.
Click, click, click, CLACK!
"Whoa! don't wind it anymore, we don't know what it might do!" exclaims Martin quickly as he holds up his hands, as if to gesture 'stop'
After a second he knocks on the old Animatronics torso, it sounds hollow now.
"Why is it h-"
Just as Martin is about to ask the same question you where thinking the Animatronic suddenly makes a horrible creaking noise and jerks around a bit. Maybe it was trying to walk or something? Martin knocks on the animatronics torso again and it no longer seems to be hollow.
"This is weird." you mutter as you rest you face on your hands
Martin nods again then turns to continue trying to open up the torso of his Animatronic. As he was about to the light flickers off
"COME ON!" you both yell in perfect unison
"Lets just go eat lunch or something." Martin groans, all excitement from earlier completely drained from his voice
You nod and start to head to the exit. You can see light under the door, the single light in this room must of burnt out.
"Hey I have to stop by the daycare. I forgot my lunch bag there yesterday." you sigh
"I'll come too. I wanna meet this Sundrop guy!" exclaims Martin
You nod and turn and walk to the daycare. The door is a bit jammed but your used to this by now.
"Oh this cool." whispers martin as you two walk into the daycare
"Just wait for it..." you mutter, a evil smile forming on your face as you turn to Martin
"HI NEW FRIEND!" Sun exclaims as he appears out of seemingly nowhere and picks up Martin
"AHHHHH!" yells Martin
Sun drops Martin, surprise showing on his face.
"Why do adults act like this toward me Y/N. I literally take care of their children!" Sun groans as he waves his hands around
You smile and snicker as you flick your gaze from Martin to sun
"Maybe because you just dropped him." you laugh
Sun glances toward martin then shrugs
"If he was injured it would show on my sensors, plus he's an adult so he should be okay. Is he one of your friends?" Sun says quickly
you nod
"Oh wonderful! are you here to play!" exclaims sundrop
"No I'm sorry. We are just here to grab my lunch then head home. our hours are almost over." you sigh
Thankfully Sun seems to accept that and runs to go get your lunch. He passes it to you and hugs you before pushing both you and Martin out the door.
"That was weird." grumbles martin, as rubs the back of his neck
"Eh. You get used to it" you say as you start to walk towards the exit "I'm going home. I'll see you later!"
He waves and goes the other direction. You stroll outside and start up your truck.
"Tomorrow is another day"
