Allie's POV:

I wake up to the sound of birds chirping outside my window. I check the time to see it's almost half past four. Throwing my duvet of I role out of bed picking up my book and shuffling into the kitchen to make myself a cup of coffee. I jump up onto my kitchen island and sit cross legged reading my book waiting for the kettle to boil. After I make my coffee, I go sit on the couch and carry-on reading. Watching, the sun rises through the floor-to-ceiling windows looking over the city.

Half an hour goes passed the sun has fully risen and I have finished my coffee. I go to my room get changed into some sports clothes and trainers then slick my hair back into a ponytail and go out on a run. I end up running further than I was going to so on the way I stop at Starbucks because it is the only coffee shop open at quarter too six in the morning. I order the coffee then go upstairs and sit down at a table in the corner. I was the only person there I heard the bell downstairs go off every now and again but that's it.

Lizzie POV:

I have been up for a few hours; I don't get much sleep when I'm away from home. I decide to go on a walk just to clear my head, almost everything was closed. I walk through the park and sit on a bench just thinking everything was so calm and empty. I start to get a bit cold, so I begin to head back to the hotel. I walk past an open coffee shop, so I walk in and buy myself a coffee before sitting at a table in the corner. I pull my phone out to text Allie I wasn't sure she'd be awake because it was only six in the morning. I hadn't changed her contact in my phone since she put it in. To my surprise she replies almost immediately.

K: Wouldn't miss it. Anyway, what are you doing up this early?

E: I couldn't sleep so I came out to get coffee. you?

Allie's POV:

I see Lizzie walking up the stairs, I turn my phone off and put it down on the table. She sits down and we sit in silence for a minute or two sipping at our coffees it's not an awkward silence it is comforting. I place my coffee down on the table and look up at Lizzie admiring her.

"So, Klutz what's your story?" I look at her confused. "I'm going to guess that you went home last night and googled me, so I want to know about you."

"I didn't. You know google you, I was thinking about it, but I thought you would tell me in your own time." She smiles at me softly. "I was born and raised in Oxford. She looks at me funny.

"Your nervous?" she asks intrigued.

"Always. I either ramble on like I am now I usually ramble when I am more comfortable around them or if I'm not I don't talk so yeah" I explain "Tell me about you" I ask trying to change the subject from me. She goes on to talk about her siblings and childhood memories, but she never talks about why she was famous. I listen whole heartedly taking in every bit of information until I am distracted by an alarm on my phone, I turn it off and realise that its 7 o'clock and we had already been talking for an hour. I didn't mind that we had been talking for so long I enjoyed it, her company. It didn't seem like an hour; the time had flown by in seconds.
