Every day I walk to the park,
At first it was because my dad wanted me to get him some sweets,
But after it's because I saw a little boy,
He sat on the swings every day when I walked past,
I came simply to check if he was still there,
Until one day he wasn't,
Instead there was an ambulance,
And the police,
Turns out the boy was dead,
He'd been sat there for so long,
And hadn't drank or eaten anything for months,
It's only when his decaying became obvious that a lady noticed,
And called the authorities,
Then the day after I went back,
A little girl sat there,
She wasn't moving,
I assumed she was a friend of his,
And she was there to mourn,
But then about a month later it repeated,
The ambulance and police,
She'd done the same as her friend,
I decided when I got home to google the park,
Turns out over the past two years twenty nine children have died on that swing set,
On that swing,
They didn't move for so long they died,
I decided that night to go to the park when everyone had gone to sleep and investigate,
When I got there I heard voices,
A child saying ~higher mama, higher!!!~,
And a mother saying sweetly ~we have to go back soon~,
I looked around and I couldn't see anyone,
I heard the child say ~mama I don't ever want to leave~,
And the mum saying ~baby we don't have to leave till you want to~,
I went to the swings,
I suddenly got dizzy and decided to sit,
I went to get up but I couldn't,
So instead I called out,
~help, someone, anyone!!~,
Then a kind looking lady appeared,
~let's play sweetheart~,
I felt the urge to play,
So I said ~of course mama, we can stay as long as you like~,
So she started pushing me,
I got so tired and hungry,
But mama looked so happy and just kept saying ~a little longer~,
So I stayed,
Eventually I felt like I was leaving my body,
I saw a police car,
And an ambulance,
And a little girl,
Maybe she'll be the next to play with mama,
I don't want mama to get lonely,
Good bye mama~
