A Young girl, jumping off her small trampoline, asked. "Mum, why can't i fly"
The mother replied. "Kath, it's not possible for humans to fly"
Disappointment flooded Kath's face. It's all she ever dreamed of.
"Honey." The mum explained "I can sign you up for trampoline classes, it's the same thing at the end of the day"
"Ok Mum!" the girl screamed happily.She had the best young years of her life, and made so many friends through many activities she did, and carried on with trampoline classes, she was the best in her group. But the thought of wanting to fly never slipped her mind, however she never brought it up again.
At the age of 10, Kath had a very close friend. They did everything together, she was even in Kath's trampoline classes. They're was never a day where they wouldn't see each other.
"These girls are inseparable" Kath's mum said, watching them doing tricks outside, while on the phone. "I'm just concerned. If someone happened to one of them, the other one wouldn't know how to cope", watching their happy faces.Kath's friend was the only one who knew about her flying dream, and always knew that one day Kath would be able to fly, that's all she believed in. She would always ask Kath about it, however at this age, she barely ever asked. It was clear they were maturing. But that didn't stop Kath talking about it, she used to tell everyone it was her dream, but now it's veterinary. She loved animals, not having any herself, but knew that she always wanted to help them.
