What if Mal didn't realise it was a spell?

So Uma spelled Ben (at the end of Descendants 2) but what if Mal didn't realise it was a spell?
This was requested by bluebxrryhayden and I and dying for this.
Mal wouldn't realise it's a spell and Uma would be by Ben's side.

Mal looked at Ben with pain in her eyes as Uma walked up to him in a beautiful dress.
"B- Ben...?" Mal said sadly as Uma took Ben's arm.
"I wish I could tell you sonner Mal... But... When I was on the isle, I- I felt a connection with Uma... One I've never felt before..." Ben said and he looked at Uma with a smile.
"It's was actual love, Mal. All thanks to you, if you didn't run off the the isle, he would've never followed you and I would've never met him." Uma said as she even hugged Mal, to rub sand in her new wound.
"But..." Mal stammered and Evie pulled her back as Ben and Uma started dancing.
"I wish I never risked my life for that asshole." Jay cussed and Evie looked at Mal.
"You still got us M." she said and Carlos placed a hand on Mal's shpulder.
"Do you want to leave?" he asked softly and Mal nodded with tears in her eyes.
"...yes, let's go." Mal said and Jane ran to Lumiere.
"Show them the portrait, they have to see it!" Jane sissed but she said it too loudly, causing that Uma used a quick spell before the glass portrait got uncovered.
The core four turned as Jane told Lumiere rhat they had to see it and Mal almost started sobbing as she saw a glass portrait of Ben and Uma.
Evie wrapped her arms around Mal as they left, followed by Carlos while Jay walked over to Ben.
"You-! You low-life!" he barked in Ben's face with clenched fists.
"Guards." Ben said coldly and two guards grabbed Jay, escorting him back to the isle without any word.
"What he hell Ben!?" Lonnie yelled and Uma glared at her.
"You don't speak to your king like that, do you now?" she snarled as she used her necklace to steal Lonnie her voice.
"Oh my-!" Fairy godmother exclaimed.
"Now, I will send Evie, Mal and Carlos back to the isle like Jay... And the pirates will be brought to Auradon!" Ben said with a smile.
"Absolutely not!" Adam said and Ben glared at his father.
"It's my choice and I'm king! You're not!" he yelled and Uma looked at Ben with a smile.
"You tell them Ben..." she whispered and Ben looked at Lumiere.
"Tell the guards about the new plan."
"Your majesty I-"
"NOW!" Uma snarled.
"No one has to obey you, missy!" Fairy Godmother said and Ben looked at her.
"Yes you do! Because she will be your queen." Ben said and the entire crowd gasped.
"Have you lost your mind...?" Jane mumbled softly and she shook her head as she left to find the core four.

So the core four was actually send back to the isle and Ben got the pirates off the isle.
"Now then, since we're married... I'll always be the queen right... No matter what happens to you?" Uma asked as she twisted the ring on her finger.
"Yes my queen..." Ben said with obedience and Uma smiled as she handed him his cup with coffee.
"Good." she said as he drank it, not realising it was poisoned.
"Goodbye... Ben." Uma said as Ben fell down, unconscious, soon to be dead.
"HOOK!" Uma exclaimed and Harry showed up out of nowhere.
"Hello my queen." he said with a smirk as he kicked Ben's body into the enchanted lake.
"My king." Uma said as Harry kissed her hand and a smile appeared on his face.
"Let's let the AK's show their worth." Harry said with a nasty grin.
"Nothing." Uma stated and she quickly faked some tears as they would pretend that Ben's death was an accident and everything would go according to plan...
