What if Dude never came to the isle?

We all remember the famous scene where Mal used Dude to 'proof' to Uma that their fake wand was real...
But what if Dude never came to the isle?
How would Mal 'proof' anything to Uma?

This was requested by labcarly I hopw this will justify your expectations!

"Wait, this is too easy." Uma said and Mal sighed.
"Proof that the wand works." Uma added and Evie stepped forward.
"Well, the barrier block magic so-"
"Dark magic only, Blueberry!" Harry said as he held smirked wickedly.
"Problem..." Carlos whispered and Jay gave him a nudge.
"Alright... eh..." Mal said as she tried to look for excuses.
"It's fake isn't it?" Uma said and Ben swallowed as Harry threatened to throw him off the ship.
"The wand ain't fake." Mal snapped.
"Okay, how about you turn Jay into a rat, suits him." Harry joked and Evie tried to hide her grin.
"How about this, break the barrier for me." Uma said and Ben looked at Mal.
"Don't. Mal whatever you do, it won't end well."
"Shut it you." Harry sissed and Ben swallowed.
"Use the wand Mal." Gil said and Uma became impatient.
"Mow or your boyfriend is fishbait." she snapped and Mal felt that Evie placed a smoke bomb in her hand.
"Alright... How about..." Mal mumbled as she held the smoke bomb in her hand, eyeing at Harry, who noticed the smoke bomb.
"She got-!" Harry said but Jay threw another smoke bomb at him, Ben was coughing too and Jay rushed to get Ben while Mal threw a smoke bomb at Uma, to make her fall behind.
"I got Ben!" Jay exclaimed but he spoke too soon...
Harry stood in front of him and chuckled.
"Do you now?" he asked as his hook cut Ben's throat.
"NO!" Mal exclaimed and as Ben's dead body dropped to the deck of the ship, she fell onto her knees on the docs.
"YOU MORON!" Uma yelled and Mal was too broken for any word.
"YOU KILLED OUR ONLY WAY OUT!" Uma yelled and Harry got scared of the angry Uma.
"Look I-"
"ZIP IT!" Uma snapped and Jay, Carlos and Evie tried to calm Mal down with the help of Lonnie.
"You're dead Harry. DEAD!" Mal yelled and her eyes even glowed green.
"Oh fuck..." Harry mumbled and Uma looked at Harry.
"Y'know, I wanna help. But you screwed up our way to freedom." she said and all pirates stepped aside as Mal charged to Harry with Jay his sword.
"YOU. KILLED. BEN!" she yelled and Harry quickly defended himself with his own sword.
"Easy pixie!" Harry said as he was afrai dof both the angry Mal and angry Uma, who didn't bother helping him.
Mal kicked Harry in his gut, making him bed over in pain and kicked her knee up against his face.
"Fuck..." Harry mumbled as he got dizzy and his face was bleeding.
"I swear I'll kill you!" Mal yelled as she grabbed hol of Jay his sword, about to stab Harry.
"Mal don't." Evie said and Mal snapped her head towards Evie.
"Why the hell not!?"
"Because this ain't like you." Evie said with a sad expression.
Mal looked back at Harry, who backed away from Mal and she sighed, throwing the sword next to Harry's head into the mast.
The pirate boy gulped and Mal looked at him.
"You're dead next time I see you." she sissed suth tears in her eyes and Jay took Ben's body with them, back to Auradon...
