The elevator moved ridiculously slow as you stood in the middle of it hugging your sides tightly for comfort. A long stressful mission that failed, luckily didn't end in any injuries
All you wanted was Wanda, for her to hold you and make you feel small and safe . You didn't feel safe right now you felt sad and stressed about the failed mission
The elevator dinged telling you to leave and go onto your floor. Tears welling up in your eyes but you didn't let them fall walking into the living room you saw Wanda with a bowl of popcorn watching a movie wrapped in a blanket
You stood there not knowing what to do, Wanda noticed your frozen frame she smiled before noticing your broken frame she frowned putting the bowl of popcorn down and walking to you
Before she could even touch you your knees buckled almost hitting the floor Wanda had caught you just in time crouching infront of you before pulling you into you lap
She was about to say something when you let out a loud a tearfully sob shoving your face into her chest gripping the fabric of her hoodie
"Oh honey"
She murmured rocking you back and forth slightly to get you go calm down Whispering sweet nothings into your ears and cradling your head rocking you back a forth
Your sobbs died down and the occasional sniffle instead. You started to squirm in Wanda's hold not liking the feeling of fabric you were in
"Come on let's get you into some comfy clothes bub" Wanda swiftly picked you up taking you down the hall

Wrapped in white fluffy towel Wanda carried you out the bathroom, you clung to Wanda like a baby Kola not letting go even when she tried to put you down
"Baby let go Mama has to get you into your pajamas" Wanda looked into eyes you simply blinked at her
She tried again making you whine at her in discomfort she huffed and sat down on the bed with you in her lap rocking you again
A minute or two later Wanda finally got some pajama bottoms on you but you refused to put anything on you top half of your body making Wanda sigh
"Sweetie please let me dress you properly" Wanda cupped your cheeks staring into your eyes intently
You grabbed Wanda's hoddie pulling on it deciding you wanted cuddles, you whined when nothing happened and looked towards Wanda expectantly
Wanda looked at you confused before realising what you wanted and smiled at you saying a soft 'okay', lifting up her arms taking off her hoodie, leaving her upper body nude
The redhead picked you up placing on her chest, your legs and arms wrapped around her waist and neck, your head comfortably rested on her shoulder as she gently hummed and swayed side to side
Wanda moved off her feet to the bed laying against the headboard, adjusting you slightly to be comfortable and petting your hair to keep you calm
"Did you have a bad day sweetie ?" She looked down at you, your eyes meeting as you nodded
"It's okay baby Mama is here" She placed a gentle forehead kiss on you making you smile
Wanda would occasionally give you light little kisses on the face making you mood lighten. She also would ramble on about her day with Peitro and Natasha
You gained some energy lifting your head looking at her with innocent eyes you tilted your head not understanding what she was saying
"What is it baby ?"
Wanda smiled at you, decided to scrunch up her nose that reminded you of a bunny making you giggle at her She smiled back at you letting out a light chuckle
She leaned forward booping her nose with yours earning more giggles from you and did the same back to her rubbing your nose against hers you both giggling at your antics
You let out a tired yawn Wanda smiled and pushed your head gently down making your head lay against her chest You closed your eyes and snuggled impossibly closer to her making you even warmer when she placed the comforter over the both of you
