"Dada?" you whined that ended in a coughing fit once you recovered you waddled your way down the hallway and to the elevator
"Which floor Little one?" Friday politely asked. You looked up to the ceiling taking your thumb out your mouth
With a sniffle you replied "I want dada" you teared up as you remember how much you miss him. "Very well Miss"
The elevator dinged as you waddled your way out dragging your fluffy blankie behind you.
You put your thumb back in your mouth as well as missing your dada you missed your princess paci where it was your guess was as good as any.
You finally made your way to Dada's and Uncle Ton's Lab, watching Bruce for a few minutes before you made your presence known
"Dada?" you whimpered in a soft voice not to loud because of the rawness in your throat, luckily thats all you needed to get your caregivers attention.
"Button! How did you- Sweetie are you ok you don't look so good?" Once taking in your appearance he noticed you looked liked an adorable zombie.
Your eye bags showing your restless night of sleep, your red nose that could put Rudoff to shame, and your pale face that just brought out the red in your nose.
" N-no m-my twu-mmy huwts a-and I-i c-cant sw-mell anyding!" Your emotions bursting threw as the pain in your throat making you cry more
"Oh honey, its ok love" Bruce coming to the rescue as usual, rubbing your back to calm you down
Time skip~
After calming you down Bruce manged to convinced you to take some truely awful tasting medicine and he listened to lecture on buying the strawberry cough syrup instead of the icky grape flavoured one.
No one was availble to take care of you, well not like that was an option as far as you were concerned as long as you had your dada you were fine.
Unfortunately Bruce had work to do and needed you to detach yourself from your kola like poistion on his body
"uh Button?" Bruce asked nervously, worried about your feelings to his question, he already messed up with the cough syrup
"Hmm?" you hummed telling him you had his attention but buried your face deeper into his shoulder
"I've got work to do, can we cuddle later?"
It seemed like the world had stopped moving you lifted your tired head and looked at him with the saddest yet confused look on your face
" uh B-button why-"
"Waaahah" okay bursting into tears over a simple question didn't seem to make sense but then again you were running your energy on cereal and grape cough syrup
"Y-you leafing m-me!?"
"W-what Sweetie no I was just giving you an option u-uh you can help me ok?" Bruce bounced you up and down and rubbed your back
"O-ok" you calmed down and hugged your Dada close scared he was going to disappear
Bruce collected your paci, fluffy blankie and your stuffie and made his way down the lab with you in his arms
So putting you down for a nap wasn't an option or so he thought by the time you guys had made it to the lab you were dead asleep
Bruce did only thing he could do he ditched the lab and told Tony he'd be back when you were better.
Wich turned out to be the best week you had with Bruce in days
