Me and Cedric were hanging out in the Hufflepuff common room and Cedric had the second task today, he had it figured out, he was gonna use the 'bubble head' charm, i was still extremely nervous, i mean he is my boyfriend i had the right. "Darling your not still worrying, are you?" I slowly nodded, "I'm just scared, what if you take more than the hour, i can't have you dying on me"

Cedric came over to me and hugged me, "I'll be fine, i promise" i hugged him tightly " I know, I know, I'm just paranoid. I'll need to be heading back to the common room, ill see you before the task?" He nodded and i headed off.

-time jump to one hour before the task-

only one hour before the second task, Professor Mcgonagall called me to her office, "yes professor, you called for me?" I said as i arrived, "Yes indeed i did, come, come, sit, please sit, the others should be here any moment, " she instructed as i sat down in a chair across from her and just as i did, my twin sister, and a silver haired girl, i assumed was someone to Fluer, entered the room. "Hello, come sit, you three, if you will, can help in the second task," yes, would i have time to tell Cedric though? "For the second task, the champions must save the person they could not live without, you three are those people," aw Cedric will never hear the end of this. "it is completely safe, you will be put under a deep sleep, put at the bottom of the Black Lake, with merepeople surrounding you, they wont hurt you, and once the champions hour is up and they haven't gotten to you those merepeople will bring you back to the water surface and you will swim back to the stadium that will be set up in the lake" i nodded my head, "I'll do it, i assume my person is Cedric?" the Professor nodded her head. Im blushing again!

-everyone agreed and we were put in the deep sleep-

i gasped, Cedrics strong arm around my waist swimming bask to the stands. I was taking in my surroundings, Cedric was the only champion out, he had won. We got back to the stands and he kept his arm around me tightly and after Madame Pomfrey nurse us both back to health, we didn't let go of each other til his father pulled him away, even then i stayed next to him just not in our tight hug. I walked up to Cedric and his father and held Cedrics hand, hinting to introduce me to his father,

"Oh yes, dad, er, this is my girlfriend, Rylee," Cedric said introducing me, "Hi, its nice to meet you, Mr. Diggory," "Oh please, call me Amos, Cedric never stops talking about you in his letters" i smiled up at Cedric to see him blushing, "only good things i hope," he's so cute, "oh of course, i would say great things even, i mean he never stops talking about you. Are you friends with the Weasley's? Im sure we went to the World Cup together"i nodded "Yes, Ginny and Ron Weasley are one of my closest friends,"

"Darling, I'm going to help with the other champions, mind to come with me?" Darling, oh how i loved when he called me darling, "of course" he pulled me away to a corner, we weren't going to help the other champions, he just wanted a moment alone, he pulled me into him and kissed me, i kissed him back, Cedric doesn't kiss me much, guess he missed me. I pulled away from the kiss, "So I'm the person you can't live without" he rolled his eyes, "oh, shut it," he said as he pulled me in again with a smile on my face. I loved Cedric Diggory.
