The second task was today, i didn't know what was going on half the time, i sure didn't know what the third task was. Cedric even seemed worried, he was pacing in front of me, we were in the Gryffindor common room, "Hey, calm down, come sit with me," i said and patted the couch beside me. Cedric came and sat down, "What would i do without you?" Cedric asked "probably die," i joked.

I leaned onto Cedric and played with his fingers, until i felt like someone was watching us. I looked around to find Harry lurking in our spot under the stairs, cause thats not creepy at all. "What do you want Harry?" I said going back to Cedrics fingers, "Oh nothing, just remember old times we had here," Harry isn't Harry anymore, it was quite annoying. I rolled my eyes, "ok then, maybe kiss Cho in front of me again, since you're remembering old times" i said and pulled Cedrics arm around my shoulders, now drawing circles on his knee. Cedric kissed the top of my head, "Just leave us alone," Cedric said and rested his head on mine, Harry finally left, and we just sat there, his arm around my shoulders, head rested on mine and me leaning on him, drawing circles on his knee.

it was the third task, my turn to pace in front of someone, "Rylee, im nervous too but you need to calm down" my sister was so helpful, "thanks for the reassurance, 'Cedric will be fine, he's a bright wizard' not helping when you say your nervous" i was scared.

-durning the task-

it was last task, Cedric was winning buy a landslide in points but still, this task was unlike the others, it was in a maze not the lake where he just had to breath for an hour, or fight a dragon where I can see him, it was a maze where only the champions were able to see. My thoughts were interrupted my red sparks flying into the air, please don't be Cedric, i know i should hope it isn't my new found friend, Fleur, or my sisters, thing, I don't really know what Hermione and Krum are, but i couldn't help it, i needed Cedric to be ok, i needed it.

it was Fleur, i went down to check on her, make sure she was ok, "hey Fleur, are you alright?" She nodded her head, "ze maze had me, but I'm alright" i hugged her and stayed with her until Krum sent his sparks into the sky, Hermione went to check on his while i stayed with Fleur, that leaves Cedric, Cedric appeared with scratches, burns, and bruises. i ran to him and hugged him, he picked me up and spun me around, once he put me down i dragged him over to Madame Pomfrey so she could treat his wounds. Amos came over and congratulated his son and we all sat there and talked until Madame Pomfrey got irritated and we had to leave.

i didn't want to leave Cedrics side for the rest of the night, "Can i stay with you tonight?" I asked and he nodded, "anytime" he smiled, "you were really worried for me, huh?"I rolled my eyes, "oh shut it." He said as he kissed me good night and we fell asleep in each others arms.
