(We see a woman on a ship as a man pours her a glass of wine, it looks to be a marine ship)

Woman: hey, where are you taking me today?

Man: to the greatest restaurant in the world. 

Woman: don't tell me, it's in the middle of the ocean?

MN: (chuckles) a toast, to your beauty.

(They clink their glasses as we see the man has metal like knuckle dusters on his hand)

Man: well, just look forward to it.

(We cut to the straw hats as we continue where we left off as we see Usopp and Nami inside looking at the situation but can't hear anything as they see Johnny run off)

Usopp: what? Those two know each other?

Nami: what's going on?

(We cut to Johnny and Aorro who are at the side of the ship as we see another man laid out on a little ship)

Johnny: (crying) Y-Yosaku is...

(Zoro puts a hand on his shoulder)

(Timeskip: They've brought him on board)

Zoro: he's ill?

Johnny: Yosaku is... he was perfectly fine until a while ago then he grew pale and started to lose consciousness, I have no clue why. (We see he has a stab wound as well that has bandage on it as Nami makes her way down as the boys are already there) his teeth began falling out and his old wounds have started to bleed again... I just don't know what to do anymore! So, I took him to that rocky island, to let him rest, but... 

(Flashback with those two on the rock as Johnny is tending to Yosaku as they hear a noise and they see the top part of the rock get blown up by a cannon ball as the rocks go to fall on them as we cut to the present)

Johnny: then your ship attacked us! (Crying more as Luffy and Usopp have their mouths wide open)

Luffy/Usopp: I-I'm sorry! (They bow their heads)

(Y/N): I told you someone was gonna get hurt knuckleheads! (Bonks them both on the head)

Johnny: if all problems could be solved with an apology, we wouldn't need the police. (Luffy and Usopp's faces turn blue) isn't that right, partner! Aniki, is he... going to die?

(Zoro says nothing as he looks at the state of Yosaku)

(Y/N): actually, this illness seems quite familiar, I've heard about it somewhere before I think but I can't place my finger on it.

Nami: are you stupid?

Zoro/(Y/N): what?

(She checks his tongue and mouth and his eyes)

Johnny: what are you... (grabs her arm and grips it tightly) what are you doing to my buddy here! I'll kill you!

Nami: Luffy, Usopp. There are some limes in the storage aren't there? Are you listening? Bring them to me, right now!

Luffy/Usopp: (snaps out of it) aye, aye!

(They rush to get the limes)

(We see they've got the limes and we see them squeezing them onto Yosaku's face)

Nami: he's got scurvy

Johnny: scurvy?

Nami: we've got him in time. He should recover in a few days.

Johnny: A-are you sure, Ane-San?! (Ane-San refers to an elder female peer) I'm really grateful for Ane-san's (she shits him up)

Nami: stop spitting all over me, please. In the past, it was an incurable disease that plagued sailors.
