After the rumor of Scarecrow's freezing, it later spread to Arkham city; where Catwoman, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy were at the moment. Them three later found out and decided to have a "meeting" about it.
Ivy didn't care about the Gotham or Arkham since she could just leave and go to her old home.
Catwoman was furious at Scarecrow since Gotham is where a lot of the villains and heroes live and he would be killing thousands of people.
All Harley cared about was Joker. She still can't get over her dead boyfriend and didn't even care if her own family got burned to death. She just wanted her Mr J back.
"If Scarecrow is willin' to kill b-man I'm with him!" She bawled. Ivy rolled her eyes and continued watering her plants.
"Harley we need to stay as a team and go AGAINST scarecrow! I understand your boyfriend died but you need to get over that!" Catwoman persuaded.
".......FINE! I'll stay with you losers..." Harley whined.
The three informed the villains of Gotham and Arkham and they later became a big team. Two-face, Penguin, Talia al Ghul, Cooperhead, Black Mask, and more joined the force against Scarecrow.
The women were ecstatic since they got so many to fight with; until one went missing.
