"you don't deserve her, Ran."
"Ran," Hikari breathes.
as their lips met, he pulls her closer, her touch burning and exhilarating, every fiber in his body seeking to conform into her.
"you're lying to her. she'll find out eventually. "
Obsidian eyes brimmed with tears. her mouth hung open, her body arching into his, nipples pressing against his chest.
"Hikari," he groans, brushing his lips across the curving of her neck, pinning her hands down her sides.
he was certain the burning sensation he felt wasn't on account of the fireplace a few feet beside them, but surely the flame had risen from between their bodies. Hikari mewled as he rolls his hips to take her at a better angle, the wet noises of her arousal and unrestrained moans almost drowning out the words that his brother warned him with. almost.
"you're lying to her for yourself!"
"I tried leaving her and she took drastic measures to sought me out, now I need to take responsibility for her happiness, Rindou."
"or you just can't stand to lose her."
"about as much as she can't stand losing me either."
he had been confident of how much Hikari loved him, he knew how much power he held over her, how easy it was for him to break her heart like she does with his in a mere lift of a finger. but she had proposed, and all that he once knew blew out of proportion.
Hikari loved him this much—too much—and it was all the more reason he needed to guard her from the ruins of his making; to make sure Rindou doesn't get in the way.
"are you happy?" her soft voice like honey pulled him out of his thoughts.
he glances down at her over his lashes, slowing the motion of his hips as he mildly cursed himself for not being in the present. she had just proposed for god's sake, and if she felt the need to ask him for reassurance that he was indeed happy, then he's failed her.
Ran leaned into her touch on his cheek, holding it with his own. the girl could only smile upon seeing how well the ring suit his finger, and how much his hand suited holding hers.
"Ran?"
"I was already thinking about our wedding," he lied, occupying her mouth with his tongue.
she could only hum in approval as she fists his hair, tighter for every time he pounded inside of her with precision in hitting her spot each time.
when they'd gotten home, Ran was already losing his patience in the elevator, and alas they never reached the bedroom, but it was perfect. he pulled the duvets from the couch down onto the floor as he took her with him, letting her straddle his lap as his hands rushed to strip every fabric from her body. his lips had been greedy and starving, almost sucking the soul out of her, making sure that the cold weather never set foot in the air as he devoured her on the floor of the living room just beside the fireplace.
"I want you to sit on my face, Hikari."
"don't be embarrassed now," he'd said while flashing the ring on his finger, "I'm to be your real husband."
"it'll feel so good you'll forget you're drowning me with your pretty pussy."
and he had been right. she felt good. she feels good.
great, exquisite—heavenly.
"aah, Ran."
she squirmed beneath him, legs shaking as his thrusts became hard and fast. he had delivered her so much bliss tonight that her head will have a lot in store for lewd memories. his face beneath her as he ate her from below—how he was able to breathe was beyond her—his eyes having closed as he submitted himself completely into making her feel good, his tongue, his ringed finger.
