Chapter 21: BEWARE: Scientists

Y/n's POV

I was gonna be out today and had left Miriam at home by herself at 3:48 this morning. The sun had sadly not yet risen but who cares. I don't since I hate the sun trying to spend my money on two pairs of Glasses. I stroll along the wet sidewalk that made a watery sound every time I stepped down. I looked both ways at the crossroads and ran across the street like a baby deer I reached my destination, The skatepark. As I got on my board and just flew halfway down the big ramp I felt a vibration and a loud ding that frightened me, making me trip and fly down the ramp and faceplant and my head had a big Coco.(Coco is the Jamaican word for a bump you get when hitting your head hard). I tilt my bruised head and look to the ledt to see my phone glowing. I tale it, get up and go over to a bench to sit. It was a text message from Miriam.

At the skatepark

             Heeeeey! Why didn't you bring me??

You were sleeping love. I had no clue what so do.

                            Ughhhh, Wake me up DUH!

                    Hey come back!!! Y/n you Idiot!

I closed my phone down and put it in my pocket after turning of Notifications. Sorry Miriam, But there are some shady looking Scientists over there and I do not want them to see me as suspicious. I go back to skateboarding and doing more and more tricks. Then I think to myself 'Maybe I could sign up for different classes and work on my talent'sss!'. When I felt like I had had enough I go down the big ramp one last time but feel a pump of excitement go through me. I stumble and go again, head first faceplanting on the ground. But either way I get up and walk towards my home. While on the way a scientist speeds in front of me and says "Hello there Ms. May I ask why you are out so early?". I squinted and thought 'Yuh Idiot did you not watch me come out the skatepark?'but I said stuttering"I was p-playing a-at the ska-skatepark....".  He glared and took my wrist quickly making me flinch "W-what are you d-doing?!". He stated "Seems you contain great power that me and my Allies would like to experiment on, Come along young Ms. You don't really have a choice". I leaned down and bit into his arm making it bleed. He let go and kicked my ankles which I make no response to whatsoever. I hear feet rushing towards me just to see more than seven Scientists coming at me full speed. 'Idiots and amateur Imbecils!' I think while floating backwards a bit then running home. I dash and dash till I rea h the front door which Miriam clearly locked since I didn't. I fased through it and ran up the steps to her room where she was actually still trying to text me. When Miriam saw me, she hugged me tight and said " Y/n you Idiot please don't do that again! Just don't leave without me knowing because I love you and I wanna know where you are firsthand!". I nod happy, it was really nice being around someone I love like Mir. Nice Cinnamon scent and warm hugs and kisses. 'I love her so much' I think when I hear a loud knock. Thinking it was her parents I run down and open the door just to be wrapped in a plastic bag and thrown in a metal cage. "BRO!" I yelled, Muffled by the bag trying to suffocate me. I ripped a hole in the bag and melted the cage bars. At the same time I wacked three Scientists with a metal bar and the other five with a power blast. I Teleport them and there stuff to an unknown island somewhere with food no water.  "No mercy" I whisper.
