hu tao pov:

"Look Xiao it's snowing!" I grabbed his wrist and dragged him along. "Hu tao, you're going too fast." He panted.

"Oh, am I?" I asked, letting go. "Finally.." He let out a sigh.

"Aiya.. it's so cold.." I shivered. Xiao took off his jacket and put it on me.

"Put this on, you're gonna freeze." He said. "It's much warmer like this!" I hugged him.

Xiao looked away, flustered. "W-Whatever." He muttered. "Aww, my Xiao is so cute!" I laughed. "Shut up!" He semi-yelled.

I laughed again. Cute. "It's getting cold, should we head there?" Xiao pointed. I turned around to see that he was pointing at a boba cafe.

"Yes!" I squealed, dragging Xiao again. "Good grief." He sighed.

We went inside and got our drinks. I took a big sip of mine. "Uwah! This is so good!"

"Hu tao, over here." Me and Xiao turned around to see Raiden and Venti.

"Raiden!" I ran over to her. "You're hugging way too tight." She sighed. "I missed you so much!" I hugged her even tighter.

"Now now Hu tao, you're going to suffocate her." Mr. Zhongli said. "Sorry, it's just been so long since I saw my bestie!"

Raiden's cheeks flushed pink. "I'm your bestie?" She questioned. "Hehe, Raiden's cheeks are pink." Venti laughed.

"Shut up you drunk human being." Raiden smacked the back of Venti's head.

"Ow, Raiden, friends don't smack their other friends on the back of their head."

Raiden just rolled her eyes. "What are you guys doing here anyways?" She asked.

"For Xiao's birthday!" I squealed. "Hey, I didn't really want to do anything for my birthday but Hu tao insisted me to." He sighed.

"That's because I wanted to spend time with you!" I laughed. Xiao's face turned red as he took a sip of milk tea. "Whatever."

"I never knew that you were so soft Xiao." Zhongli said. "SERIOUSLY!?" I let out a laugh.

a while later...

"It was nice seeing you again Hu tao." Raiden said, ruffling my hair. "*hic* But I don't know if I'll ever *hic* see you again..."

"I'll see you back at school." She sighed. "Besides, you gotta hang out with your boyfriend." She smiled.

I gave her one last hug. "Bye Hu tao." She waved and left with Venti and Zhongli.

Goddamnit. I wiped away my tears but then felt someone hug me from behind.

"Don't worry, you'll see her at school like she said." Xiao said, smiling.

"You're right." I repiled. "Is there anywhere else you'd like to go?" I asked him.

"What about you?" Xiao asked. "How about a movie?" Oh god, I had no idea of what to do anymore at this rate. "Sounds good."

"Oh oka- WAIT REALLY?" I flinched. He nodded. "Then no time to waste!" I grabbed his wrist and dragged him to the theater.

"Good grief-" He muttered.

-------

Xiao flinched everytime he saw a scary part. "Did we have to watch a scary movie?" He sighed. "Of course we did!"

Xiao suddenly flinched again and tightened the grip on my hand.

"Jesus christ..."

after the movie...

"I'm sorry that I had to make you watch that movie with me Xiao." I laughed.

"I hated every single second of that..." He panted. "I brought you almond tofu." I smiled, handing it to him.

We sat on a bench near the enterance and I waited for Xiao to finish his almond tofu. "Hey Xiao?" I asked. "Hm?" I glanced at him.

He was so perfect in every single away. "Did you want to say something?" He asked. I smiled. "I can't stop admiring you."

His face went red. "What do you mean?" He asked again. I rested my head on his lap.

"I don't know, you're just so perfect to me in every single way. I'm glad that I met you."

"You didn't have to say all that..." He said, flustered. "But I did!" I laughed.

"Shall we go outside?" Xiao asked. "It's too cold out there." I repiled.

He nodded. "Fair enough." He said, kissing my head. "Did you want to do something?"

"Not really." We just stared at each other for a moment. Xiao then looked somewhere else. I sat up. "What are you looking at?"

I looked over to see Yae Miko chatting with Yoimiya and Ayaka. I slapped Xiao and walked away from him. "Hu tao!?"

"Hey, Hu tao what's wrong?" He asked, catching up to me. "Why are you staring at other girls!?" I semi-yelled at him.

"Huh? No! I wasn't staring at Miko!" He said. "Yea right!" I said, walking away again. Xiao then pulled me into a hug.

"Xiao-" Xiao suddenly kissed me. "I wouldn't do that to you." He sighed.

I looked outside. "It's getting dark outside." I said. Xiao nodded.

Me and Xiao went outside and we can see the snow more clearly.

"It's so beautiful!" I said. I then turned around and smiled at him.

"Happy birthday Xiao." I smiled. "Yea than-" Before he could finish, I stood on my tippy toes and kissed him.

"I love you." I said. Xiao went red then pulled me into a hug. "Thank you Hu tao." He said. "Oh, I forgot to give you a present!"

"It's fine, I don't need one." He said, hugging me tighter. "Huh? You don't?" I asked. Xiao nodded.

"Spending my birthday with you, is the best present I ever had." He said, giving me one last kiss before taking me back to the dorms.

"I love you my Hu tao."
