Waking up after our blissful night, I was glad to find Dimitri's arms around me. Somehow the whole of last night had been surreal and I couldn't help but think that it had all been a dream. I mean, why would a guy like Dimitri, who could have any girl, ever want a girl like me, who couldn't even give him a family? It just didn't seem realistic to think so wistfully.
Sunlight streamed in from the window and across my pillow. The Sun was something I wished I could
enjoy it more often. It made Dimitri's staring eyes seem bottomless.
His alluring eyes swept my whole body as a hand traced my collar bone. It was in moments like that I felt relieved of all the pain on my shoulders.
My head lay against his chest. His lips brushed against the spot below my ear before he whispered, " всегда и навсегда, моя любовь."His husky voice whispering in his mother tongue sent shivers down my spine.
Although I loved staying in bed with Dimitri, I had to get out of bed eventually. And so the day went on.
A month or so passed and Dimitri and I were going strong.I was in my room getting ready. "Why aren't these jeans going on?" I moaned, tears filling my eyes. Woah, that's weird, must be getting my period. Ever since I got off birth control, my periods been really irregular so can't even know for certain.
That night I slept like a rock.
