It's already a common problem with conversing between characters.
It can be a hassle at times and having to develop individual personalities for each and every character is hard as is, but what about Narrative?

Narrative is basically the Backbone of a story. Without it, your story will feel flavorless and boring.

Narrative is the narrator describing the situation without having a character speak.

For example, you have two characters walking through a light forest and they approach a strange rock formation that seems like it leads to a cave.

You'll want your characters to speak a couple lines at least, but you'll also want to narrate what's happening.

What does he/she see? Are they feeling anxious? How fast are they walking/running? What are they thinking?

You need to include this valuable information in order to hook your readers.

I started out being very poor at narrating when I was just starting writing. (This is way before WP)
My stories involved just character lines and little narration. It took a while, but I was able to get it.

This story will hopefully help you guys out there. Maybe more for some than others.
