CONFUSED!

Heartbroken

Zeena's P.O.V

It's been 2 days, it's Wednesday, I haven't been home yet. Serena didn't mind and Mrs. Gemnay knew as well. She's in Australia, for business purposes, and Serena's in charge.

Can this day be any slower! It's not even lunch break yet!

DING DING DING

Finally! I'm really hungry! I walked to my locker to get my food. I had cake that was waiting for me. I got to my locker and heard Mike in the distance. I think it was from outside. I walked closer to the exit\entrance of the school and I heard a bang on the janitors room door. I got a huge shock! I opened the door to find Mike making out with Sellest!

"Mike?" I said and I could feel my tears piling up.
"Zeena, I can explain..." He looked me straight in the eye!
"Explain what? That you're cheating on me with Sellest!" I shouted and tears started pouring out of my eyes. I turned around and went outside. I wanted to run but I moved as fast as I could using my crutches.

"Zeena wait!" Mike yelled as he ran behind me.

"WHAT!" I yelled so loudly that my throat hurt a bit, "Why in the world would you do this me? You told me you loved me but I guess that was a lie!"

"She..." before he could say anything,

"She what? She got on to you and you couldn't push her away?" I said, still crying. He stood silent for a minute and then it started pouring heavily out of no where!

"I c-can't believe t-this! I h-hate you I n-never want to see your f-face again! Don't c-call! Don't text! J-just go!"

I stood there in the rain and watched Mike walk back into the school while I cried my heart out. Suddenly my legs became weak and I fell onto ground, everything started spinning, my head hurt more than usual and then I couldn't take it anymore so I screamed and then everything was black.

When I woke up, I found myself at home in my bed, in Mona's room which is now ours. We recently redecorated it. We now have our own bed(single). My bed was against the wall and hers was one the other side of the room near the window.

I sat up and reached out to my phone, which was in my bedside table. There were many messages and missed calls. I opened Serena's message first, since she tried calling 5 times:

I had to come pick you up from school. You fainted and you were outside in the rain! Why were you in the rain?! Do you know how WORRIED I was? I hope you feeling better. I will take you to the doctor when I come home. No excuses! Call me as soon as you read this so I know you're fine. I left your medication in the kitchen please have it.

I recalled what Mike did and I started crying again. I couldn't stop! I sent Serena a message instead of calling her because I couldn't speak. I tried to sleep but every time I closed my eyes I could only see Mike making out with Sellest. I still can't believe he did that to me.

TZZ! TZZ!

Mike: Zeena please talk to me. I'm really sorry.

Mike: please. I didn't mean to. She got on to me.

Mike: Zeena...

Mike: say something. I need to know if you're fine.

Zeena: I told you to leave me alone!

After that, he stopped replying. I felt this sudden urge of violence within me. I don't know why. I've never felt this much rage before. I took the vase that was on my bedside table and threw it against the wall. That felt good but not good enough! I decided to go wash my face because I thought it would calm me down. I got angrier. I wanted to punch someone, something, so I punched the mirror! I didn't feel any pain what so ever. It felt good but then the memories came back and I started crying again. I sat on the bathroom floor for a while just thinking.

I finally calmed down about half an hour later. I bandaged my hand and picked up the broken mirror pieces from the bathroom and the broken vase pieces from my room. I took my medication and felt ten times better.

"Hey! Zeena guess what?" Mona said happily as she walked Into the house.
I didn't say anything because I knew that if I spoke I would start crying again.
"Zeena?" She said pushing our room door open, she saw me sitting on my bed with my arms wrapped around my legs, my bandage showing, "What's wrong?" She said and sat next to me.

"I b-broke up with M-mike" I said, "He ch-cheated on m-me with S-selest."
"Oh I see. That's so unthought full of him. How could he? You know what? Screw him! There's plenty of fish in the sea!"
"I don't like fish."
Mona started laughing, "Oh wow! You know what I meant!" I started laughing a bit too. It felt good to have someone who just knows how to cheer you up well, actually I cheered myself up by saying that I don't like fish, but when Mona laughs I can't help but laugh along.

"Do you want to go out for ice-cream?" Mona asked.
"That sounds like a great idea!"

"How's your ice-cream?" Mona asked and took a bite of her strawberry ice-cream.
"Chocolatey" I said and we both giggled.
"Are you excited for tomorrow?" She asked happily.
"What's tomorrow?" I asked and started thinking about how a Thursday can be exciting.
"Oh my gosh! Did you forget? You are getting your dress tomorrow!" Mona said and laughed.
"Oh... About that, I don't want to go to prom anymore. I don't have a date, it's going to hurt when I see Mike with Sellest and plus if I do go I'll just be sitting the whole night..." I said as my happiness faded.
"I'm sure there'll be someone else that would go with you... what about James? He doesn't have a girlfriend and he is good looking."
"I really don't want to go to prom. I know I've been waiting for it for a very long time but it's kind off pointless right now."
"Fine! I can't actually change your mind now so do you want to go shopping?"
"Sure! Why not?"

"Just choose one already!" I said. Mona is finding it extremely difficult to choose between a pair of black heels with with silver studs and pink heels with lace on them.
"But they both so pretty!"
"Then take both. I like both if them as well, so u can wear it too."

After an hour in the same shop we ended up going home with two different pairs of shoes: silver heels with shiny diamonds, fake of course, on it and a pair of lime green pumps.

"Serena! We're home," I said as Mona and I walked into the house.
"Serena!" Mona yelled.
"Where could she be? Go check in her room," I said.
"She's not here," Mona said.
"Okay, I'll call her."

Ring! Ring! Ring!
"She's not picking up."
"Maybe she's busy, she hardly uses her phone when she's working," Mona said.
"Didn't she say that she's going to work late?"
"Uhm, I think so..."

"Zeena! Come check this!" Mona yelled from the tv room.
"Coming!"
"Look," She said and pointed at the tv, "some people broke into the bank and are holding people hostage!"
"That's horrible! What bank is it?"
"Save More bank."
"What! Isn't that the bank Serena works at?" I yelled.
"Oh my gosh! It is! What if she's hurt?"

We both started panicking crazily. We were pacing up and down, started sweating and breathed heavily! After a while I couldn't take it amymore! I started running out of breath and I fainted for the second time today!

"Zeena wake up!" Mona shouted and splashed water on my face. I woke up with shock.
"Come on! We're going to the bank!"
"It's dangerous!"
"I'll do whatever it takes to save our sister!"
