CHING! CHING!
What! Morning already? I stretched my arm out to find my phone that was on my bedside table. I glared at the screen. 5am? Why the hell is my alarm set for 5am! I looked at my screen with squinted eyes and then it struck me! Shit! I need to study for biology! Such a buzz kill! I headed to the kitchen to myself some coffee. I don't know why but it just helps me concentrate. Well, sometimes.
Zeena's P.O.V
TZZ! TZZ! TZZ!
I heard my phone vibrating on my pillow. Why would someone call me this early?
I placed my phone on my ear and realised I didn't answer the call, Arg!
"Hello"
"Sup Zee Zee!" I heard Mike shout through the phone happily.
"What do you want Mike?" I forced out of my mouth.
"Can'tI call my girlfriend just to chat?" He said and I could just imagining him smiling. I was way to tired to bring up the conversation about being his, you know, girl - person so I just said, "What do you want?"
"Someone's a little cranky."
"It's so early in the morning!" I shouted causing Mona, who was sleeping on her bed opposite mine, to wake up.
"What's wrong?" She asked in a shock.
"Nothing, it's all a dream... Go back to sleep" I said as Mona placed her head on her pillow and fell of to sleep. I placed my phone back onto my ear and lied on my bed staring at the ceiling.
"It's all a dream? Go back to sleep? Did that work?" Mike said and started laughing.
"Very funny!" I said sarcastically, "Really now... Why did you wake me up?"
"Did you study?"
"Of courseI did!" I whisper - shouted.
"Damn! I'mgoing down alone. Will you maybe..." before he could finish his sentence I snapped, "I am not failing with you! You've got about 2 hours, start cramming!" I said and cut the call then turned around to try and fall of to sleep.
TZZ! TZZ!
Really? Again? Now you texting me?
Mike: why u cut the call?!?!
Zeena: I want to sleep... Go study! See you at school.
Mike: wait
Zeena: what!?!
Mike: never mind... see you
Arg! I slammed my head into my pillow and drifted into my dreams. My alarm rang 2 hours later, at 7. It took me time to get out of bed. I don't wake up coughing anymore. I hardly take my medication. Well, I do take it, just not everyday. I'm almost perfectly fine. I got into the shower and to stood there for more than 10 minutes, I got dressed and Mona was still asleep!
How is she still asleep!?
"Mona! Wake up!" I said and shook her.
"I want to sleep" She moaned.
"If I have to go to school, you have to, too."
She just started laughing.
"What!" I exclaimed.
"You said to-to"
"Arg! Just get up!"
"Fine miss cranky pants!"
