Athena just woke up to find Nick gone but she saw a note that explains why he left so she got up from the bed and got dressed once she was dressed she went to see the team to see what they found.
IN THE ORANGE ROOM
Athena got off the elevator and went toward the team their backs were turned so they didn't know she was in the room. "The name of our suspect is Charles Dutton he was a Marine but got early released due to a family emergency" says McGee "He was on his way to visit a family friend when all of a sudden he disappeared don't know what happened to him." says Bishop "4 months ago Charles ended up leaving a message to his wife saying that he is fine and alive" says Nick. Athena was just watching the team trying to figure out what happened to Charles Dutton she knew she heard that name before but didn't know where exactly so when his picture came up on the Monitor she recognized him. It was one of her old high school friends she didn't say anything cause she didn't want them to know that she knew the victim. "Athena?" McGee said and it snapped her out of her daydream "Hey guys what's going on?" Athena asked "Oh you know same old same old trying to find the killer" Nick joked and there was a smile on her face. "Athena, is there something wrong?" McGee seemed concerned about Athena "I'm fine um do we know anything about this guy?" Athena asked as she walked closer to the team. "Well, we know that his name is Charles Dutton as that he sent a text to his wife saying that he was ok and that's it" Bishop explained. "Did anyone track his phone yet?" Athena asked "Abby is already on it" replied Gibbs, Athena knew how to get ahold of Charles but she didn't tell the team and Gibbs saw that Athena was hiding something but didn't say anything right away.
