My future is set in stone. I can't have a say. None would assume that as I'm a Princess. I can have do whatever I want, whenever I want. However, if anything, reality is the exact opposite. My home nation, Fjerda, has strict principles; including an idea of women, and their roles.
For example, I can only speak if I've been ordered to, and even then my tone must be quiet. By no means should I ever flirt with anyone, and I am expected to sit by and be the caretaker of the home, and watch idly as the men protect.
And my future? Well let's just say that I'm leaving Fjerda with no expected return in the near, or far, times to come. Why?
Because I am the Princess of Fjerda about to become the Queen of Ravka.
