After last night, I kinda got the vibes that Leafy wasn't really, well, happy, so today we met up together and just decided to talk. "So, Leafy, what was Yoyle Land like?" I asked her. "Well..." She started. "It was dull. And awful. And lonely..." She finished. "Mm, makes sense I guess." I responded. "I never want to eat another Yoyle Berry in my entire life. However long that may be at this point." Leafy said. "You anxious about what Four said?" She nodded. "Everyone hates me so much that we had to meet in private. Of course, they'll try and kill me." Leafy said. "The only one I can see actively seeking you out is Golfball, and I don't think she can do very much, considering she's armless." She hesitated before speaking. "Well, what if she got people to do things for her again?" Leafy asked. "Pffft, like that'd ever happen. She's just a bossy-bot." I assured her. "I guess..." We just sat there in silence. "Do you like your team, Coiny?" Leafy asked. "Yeah, I do." I replied. "Makes sense, Loser's on your team..." I chuckled. "I could live without him, even if they are perfect." I told her. "Really?" Leafy asked. "Of course! I'm on a team with Pin, Needle, and Firey, they're all I need. Though, it'd be pretty great if you were on my team." She smiled. "My team would agree..." None of them even know what she did though- "What makes you think that?" I asked her. "They hate me. Because Firey told them I stole Dream Island. And I didn't even steal it! I gave the Announcer money! Paper slips exist." She said, frowning. Never mind that last thought- "Whether you stole it or not is irrelevant. It's in the past. Forgive and forget." She was quiet for a minute. "Do you forgive me?" Leafy asked, looking away. "Of course, I do!" We just laid there in the grass together. For a few minutes, it was just silence.
"Coiny..." She said. "Yeah?" I responded. "I thought you hated Firey...?" She questioned. "Nah, that was back in BFDI, while we were in Yoyle City we kind of made up, and we're pretty good friends now." I informed her. "Oh... Is it bad that I don't think he deserves friends?" Leafy asked, her face blushing. "Nah, you hate each other, it's perfectly normal to think that... Probably." I said. "This meet up turned into a therapy session real fast..." Leafy said. I chuckled.
A few hours passed by. Neither of us were talking, we were just lying in the grass together. "Coiny." She said. "Yeah?" I asked. "Am I crazy, or is it snowing?" Leafy questioned. "Nah, it's definitely snowing." I agreed. "How's it snowing if it's scorching hot outside?" Leafy asked. "No idea..." Leafy smiled. "There wasn't any snow in Yoyle Land... Or the Evil Forest... Which were like the only places I could go... Would you judge me if I were to run around and be happy about snow...?" Leafy's face blushed, most likely from embarrassment. "Nah, you do whatever you want." I replied. "Yay!" She started to run around happily. It's kind of cute. She's the only person I've seen do that. Though, Snowball does it for weirder reasons, and Firey does it, but because he's scared of the snow... For some reason- Oh, probably because it's like, poisonous to him... Leafy's running around laughing, it seems like she's having so much fun. I haven't seen her this happy since the very start of BFDI. I mean sure, she was happy for a couple weeks at a time, then she just seemed sad again... It's nice though, I like seeing her so happy.
