A couple years later

I'm now 21 and legally able to drink so since tonight is my birthday everyone is coming over and where going to Johnny's nightclub to party. Taylor and Sophie are still lovingly together which is completely gross. Me and Jake are still together and having amazing sex but, we aren't getting married like the other two. Peyton and Peter had broken up a year after the trials while her sister Skylar and Kyle had stayed together and Skylar ended up preggers a year after the trials. There getting married next year. Jaden had dumped brad after she caught him cheating on her and she was now with Brax who is insidently Brads brother. That has got to be funny I know I laugh every time I see them.

"Babe are you ready yet?" Jake screams from downstairs. Even though I hated my dad I still loved his house and his car which I still have both. All of us kind of use the house as our get away. I discovered that my mom had left me money from her job for when I turned 18 she also ensured I would be well taken care of. Her family was well off and could easily support anyone.

Since my dads in jail I had reached out to my mothers family and since they had always loved me I frequently visit them and Jonny a lot. I owe them everything. "Yes just give me a minute will you!" I screamed back to Jake. David and Mike have been in jail and have had the balls to actually request my presence as the cops put it but, that would never happen if they wanted my support they could have backed off and left me alone.

I'm currently wearing a purple strapless dress that just about covers my butt and showed off my boobs perfectly with black heels to finish it off. I may look like a dude when I went to school but now I dress to impress especially when we go clubbing. I hurriedly got downstairs and went to the living room. Since the trials I had been seeing Jakes mom frequently so that I could be able to not care about my scares and get over my anger and be able to control it. I have to say it has worked well.

Seeing Jake in a white button down with the sleeves rolled up and black pants I can't seem to take my eyes of him. I ignore my friends and go straight to him as he stares at me. Taking his cheeks in my hands I forcefully kiss the living daylights out of the boy. Once I hear the wolf whistles and the cat calls I grin against his lips and back away. Seeing his smirk I roll my eyes at him.

"Okay know that we've seen the PDA can we please go?" Sophie demands. I smirk at her before taking Jakes hand and nodding at her. She smiles widely and they all go through the open front door. Jake pulls me into his chest as they all go through the door. " If I had known that wearing a nice shirt would provoke such a wild reaction from you I would have done it earlier." He tells me before he attacks my lips with his.

"Hey stop making tongue babies and get out here!!" I hear Peyton yell from outside. I laugh and walk to the door. Jake follows and locks it before grabbing my hand and leading me towards my fathers car which Peyton, Jaden and Brax had inhabited. I get to drive seeing as it's my birthday. Plus Jake drives to slow and I would never let him drive my baby.

Sophie, Taylor, Skylar and kyle are riding in Sophie's jeep behind us seeing as she drives slower than Jake. We pull out and in an hour we reach Johnny's club. Its only 8 o'clock so we go around the back and go in through the worker entrance. I had called Johnny earlier to tell him we were coming early. As we reach the main dance floor I see Johnny and his boyfriend Paul by the DJ booth devouring each others faces.

"Gross get a room!" I yell at them with a giant smile. I love those two there amazing. They pull apart and Paul has a slight blush. "Liv!" Johnny hurries and runs down the stairs as Paul slowly walks down. John tackles me in a hug. "Can't breathe." I tell him and he pulls off.

"Happy birthday cuz." I smile at him before he turns to Jake before I can say anything. "You Mr. Handsome." He points at Jake while he looks a little stunned honestly John does this every single time we come down. I'm surprised he hasn't gotten used to it yet. I hug Paul as they talk. Well John talks, "Have you been taking care of her? Do you do everything she says? Why won't you let her call me? Why did she get a tattoo? Did you let her get a tattoo? Why didn't you stop her?" Okay yes I did get a tattoo on my back but in my defense it looks awesome. Its one of Jakes drawlings of a setting sun. John always does this he literly talks way too fast and then doesn't listen to what Jake has to say before walking away. Like he just did. "Ground rules for the ones under 21." That's Peyton Skylar Jaden and Brax. "You." He points to Brax. "You are the designated driver and you too Skylar. No more than 7 drinks for Miss Jaden and no sex in my club that goes for all of you. Jake." Okay so we might have gotten it on in one of the storage rooms once but we were way too drunk.

We all nod to John and he and Paul leave us to just sit and wait. We wait for another hour before people start pouring in and the fun starts.  This is the best birthday I have ever had.

Yes my father and my uncle might be in jail but, who cares its in the past. Let it be in the past. This is the moments that we live for. As I look at the people I have known for 6 years I realize that these people are my family. This ragtag group of people are the ones that I would gladly share my home with. These are the people that make me feel safe when a nightmare hits. These are the best people I have met and one day we will have kids and our kids will have the best friends in the state.
