Logan stayed with me the whole time after our talk. He insisted that he needs a break from work and since he's already with me, he'll accompany me wherever I want to go.

It was sweet of him really. He told me not to think of anything about work, revenge or anything else. We'll just enjoy the peace and quiet for now. I completely agree.

I've always enjoyed Logan's company since we were kids. He always have this calm and protective aura around him that makes you want to just let go of the bad thoughts that haunt you and feel safe as long as he's around.

The first night, it was still kind of awkward between us. I mean we are both adults now. And he always has been the cuddle-type of person ever since I have known him. He's hungry for affection and warmth. He had a hard time trying to sleep at the made bed at the dinette. He asked if he could snuggle with me and he wouldn't even try anything sexual. He just misses his little spoon.

And that was the best sleep I've ever had for years. It felt so relaxing when I woke up the following day. He has me snuggled inside his arms, soft snores coming from him as I watch him sleep. We sleep like that every night. Either we sleep on my bed or sleep at the made bed at the dinette. It won't matter where. As long as we snuggle together.

We've been going around town where we are staying using his Jeep. He even lets me drive it because I know the area more since I've been here lots of times. I took him to other beach areas, took a quick dip at the falls, visit a historical museum, hang out at the lighthouse, go around the town plaza to shop and even tried to cross the famous hanging bridge, well we didn't because we chickened out when we saw how long the bridge and how high the drop would be.

We spent most of our time at the town plaza since there are shops where we can buy our groceries, try eating the local food specialties, look for souvenirs and buy clothes for Logan since he doesn't have much because of his supposedly emergency trip out of town as he told Betty, his secretary at work.

We also brought the camper in town the other day to reload some stuff. I taught him how to drain the grey water tank and even the portable toilet. We refilled the fresh water tank too so it will last us til we go home.

We'll end the day with me cooking dinner for both of us. He said he loves whatever I cook so I let him enjoy the food I prepare for him. We'll chat about anything after, either in front of a bonfire he made right beside the camper or just at the dinette while sipping our tea. It feels like we've never been apart for years.

I laugh every time I remember him surprised when I told him I have TV where we can just watch a movie before we go to sleep. He said he can't imagine how Nate could fit a flat screen TV inside the camper not until I showed him a hidden compartment that slides out the said TV. He'll make sure he'll talk to Nate after this trip and make a business proposal to make customized campers to sell.

And if it's a bit hard to fall asleep, we'll watch the stars when the night sky is clear. I'll remove the blinds covering the roof hatch so we can enjoy star gazing as we lie comfortably in my bed. We'll reminisce about our childhood days, all the happy and embarrassing moments we had.

As days passed, the awkwardness disappeared hence being with him makes everyday easier. Then came the subtle touches and the loving looks that he doesn't shy away to let me even catch him doing. I think he deliberately wants me to know.

And yes, we started to make out. It started with teeny tiny bits and escalated gradually. Logan never misses a chance to sneak in some hugs or even steal a kiss whatever we are doing. Being together as adults made this connection between us more, intimate. The sexual tension that surrounds us is almost palpable. It builds up more with every touch or moan but neither one of us is giving in. If you can hear the tension around us, it would be deafening.
