Part 5: Unsure

"Woo! That was so fucking fun! I can't belive how quickly those fuckers gave up!" Hidan cheers as they walk into their rented room. Kakazu rolls his eyes as he throws the suitcase beside the bed. "Let's go get a drink," Hidan says jumping on his bed. "We are to head back to Ame tomorrow, do you want to do that hungover?" Kakazu asks, annoyed. Hidan frowns, "Its one drink Kakazu. Besides, didn't I do good today? I barely sacrificed anyone!" He says with a big grin.Kakazu looks at his idiot partner, it's true, he was so eager to get done we only had to stop once for him to kill and pray. Kakazu rolls his eyes, "Fine, one drink." 

Hidan shoots up off the bed and zips his cloak to the middle of his stomach. "Fuck yeah!" "Wait. Change first, I don't want any trouble because some fool wants to pick a fight with you or I" Kakazu says unzipping his cloak. Hidan frowns as he takes off his cloak and slides on a black t shirt. He sits on his bed and watches his partner undress, while his cheeks begin to flare. Kakazu removes his cloak and open back shirt and replaces it with a black long sleeve. Hidan watches, admiring as Kakazu removes his headcover as his brown locks fall around his masked face. Once he ensures his stitches are covered he looks to Hidan who is staring intently with a small blush on his face. "What?" Kakazu breathes. Fuck, hes so hot. Hidan shakes his head and stands up, "Nothing. Let's go slow poke" he chuckles. Kakazu grunts in return as they leave the inn.

They walk through the bustling night life of the small village they've come to rest in, crowds moving seamlessly in and out of the various taverns and restaurants. Hidan swallows slowly as they pass by an omega brothel. The women and men standing outside trying to seduce alphas, omegas, whoever to come inside as they stand in their lingerie and barely-there clothing. 

Hidan slows down as someone yells at one of them. "Omega trash! No wonder you work here, what else are you good for?!" The man yells as he shoves one of the men into the ground, his fellow omegas coming to his side. "What the fuck" Hidan whispers as he starts to head towards them. He's stopped when he feels a hand grip his wrist, he looks back and his met with those piercing eyes. "You can't," Kakazu says looking deep into the magenta orbs. "But-" Hidan starts looking back at the young man dusting himself off. Kakazu groans and pulls him along, a struggling Hidan in tow.

They reach the bar and sit down, Hidan quiet and digging his eyes into the wood counter top. "Two sake" Kakazu orders. He looks over to see his saddened partner. "You must pick your battles Hidan. You can't get into a fight with the entire world," he says harshly. "Pfft. Watch me," Hidan scoffs. Kakazu sighs deeply, unsure how to reach his stubborn partner. "Everyone wants to talk shit about Omegas. Like we have nothing to offer," Hidan starts, the anger dripping off his words. He looks at Kakazu, a deeply sad and angry look in his eyes, "How much you want to bet that asshole frequents that omega brothel? Uses them and then turns around talks shit?"

Kakazu searches his magenta eyes, only finding anger and hurt. He nods and turns back, the drinks arriving in front of them. They down the first one, as Hidan sits back. "So much for a drink, my mood is ruined" he says crossing his arms. "Two more" Kakazu motions to the bartender. Hidan lifts his head, "Really?" "If you're drunk, maybe you'll shut up" Kakazu replies. Hidan slaps him on the back and sits forward, now in a much better mood. "I knew I liked you" he laughs.

After a couple hours both ninjas are flushed and feeling warm. "So you've never just free faced it out there?" Hidan asks, twirling the small cup in his long, slender fingers, Kakazu shakes his head in reply. "But I've seen your face, it's not that bad" Hidan says sipping his drink. Kakazu half chuckles, "People don't want to see stitches on your face. It's macabre," he says finishing his 5th or 6th or 7th? Hidan furrows his brow and shakes his head, "I don't know what that word means but I think you're pretty damn hot" Hidan shrugs as he finishes his drink. Kakazu feels his cheeks flush under his mask. "You're such an idiot," he replies.
